Don't waste your time, ordered light and expedited delivery because I had open electrical and a hole dug in yard to free old wiring. Several days later I get a response that since I was a first time customer and potential fraud I had to contact my bank to verify split payment that they did before they would set up shipping (would have been several days AFTER they said it would be delivered)
I didn't realize they were doing me a favor selling me their advertised product. They had already received my money from my bank (which will now take a week to get back)
"We are concerned about fraud "? You took my money! What is CNN correct that the Mexican Cartel scamming them on pool supplies to sell on the black market in order to support ISIS?
I have never seen so many negative reviews for one company....no wonder!

Very Disappointed
My Paramount multiport valve base had cracked leaving my pool not able to circulate until replaced. Ordered one from pool supply world and received the wrong part.Contacted them and they advised they would not send the correct part until an rma was generated by their team and the wrong part was sent back. Meanwhile pool is turning green. Asked for a refund and ordered the part from AZ pools.

Please read ALL the negative reviews …
Please read ALL the negative reviews before you purchase from Pool Supply World (PSW). Buy from Amazon instead (cheaper and 11 days quicker).
I ordered an Alligator Chlorine Dispenser 12 days for my Stepdad's b-day (which is tomorrow). Last night I called and left a voicemail and email inquiring abut the status. This morning I received an email stating it was never shipped and I would receive a refund.
This company must be doing sooo well financially that they don't need my business or money (I'M BEING SARCASTIC). Not once did I receive an apology (e.g. "we apologize for the inconvenience"), not once did I receive an explanation as to why my order was never processed and why I was not notified earlier, not once did they offer to expedite my order at their expense to ensure both of us were left feeling whole, and no one returned my phone call...no one answers the phones (I called 4 times this morning/afternoon, and 2 times last night), and they would not email me the manager's email addresses. I wanted to give their customer service department and managers the opportunity to fix this so I didn't have to write to the BBB or post negative reviews online....apparently, my business, my money/payment, and my negative experience is not important to them. Actions speak louder than words.
As a unhappy customer, I'd advise not to waste your time (time is money). They didn't manage their warehouse employees, didn't manage they're schedule, don't manage their phones, obviously don't manage sales or customer service. So, what do they manage? I'm guessing just a website and a credit card machine?
They didn't/don't value me as a customer, and I recommend giving your hard earned money to a company and management team who works hard and appreciates the business and you as a customer (and money).

My pool maintenance person had me order …
My pool maintenance person had me order a pool light to replace one that had stopped working. After ordering it, she informed me that she was able to isolate the problem and fix the existing fixture. When I submitted a return request, I was told that, in addition to return shipping charges, I would also have to pay a 15% re-stocking fee. I spoke with a company rep and explained that the problem was fixed after the part was ordered and I asked if they would waive the 15% fee since it was an honest mistake. My maintenance person in a single mother of two and I did not want her to have to pay that charge. Of course, Pool Supply World would not accommodate this request and I was charged the 15% restocking charge.
Next time I will stick with Amazon where returns are way too easy. Pool Supply World needs lessons in customer service.

I wish i had read the reviews before …
I wish i had read the reviews before ordering from Pool Supply World..I bought the Memorial Day package - 24'X52" - It took forever to receive the pool...and after several calls and emails. I tried to cancel the order early on but they said it was already shipped, which was a lie. I tried to upgrade the pump and filter, but was not allowed. They do lie and just give the caller info so they have more time. I truly think it's their shipping department that is so crappy.
Ok, so now I have the pool and we are setting it up (get a professional!) and when it gets time to put in the skimmer, they have shipped the wrong skimmer package. I contacted them and they were apologetic...shipping the correct one right away. To this day, 28 days later, I still have not received the correct skimmer. Also, being a new pool owner, I expected the package to provide what was needed. They sent a 1/3 HP pump for a 24 ft pool! It DOES not suck well enough to run the vacuum (I had to buy a skimmer from ebay while waiting for the new replacement). Now I will need to upgrade my pump/filter system.
Do NOT buy from this company. It will NOT be a good experience.

Avoid this online company!!
Avoid this online company!!! Ordered a pump on 7/5/2017. They charged my credit card immediately. No pump. Used their online chat to inquire on 7/13. Jennifer responded that she would need 48 business hours to contact the warehouse to determine status...what? Are they using carrier pigeons? Called their 800 number on 7/17 and Kathryn was able to check the status with her computer (must have upgraded over the weekend). She told me the pump JUST left the warehouse and is being shipped. When I asked for a tracking number.....get this....she said they needed 24 hours to send me a tracking number. These guys are simply marvels of 21st century technology and efficiency. Seek your merchandise elsewhere.

Leslie Pool was contracted to install …
Leslie Pool was contracted to install our new heater by Poolsupply world
( we have since learned that poolsupplyworld owns Leslie Pool ). The technician did a site evaluation and refused to install heater because of bogus excuses, wanted us to buy a different heater. There was a failure in communication and we subsequently hired our own plumber for a very easy and uncomplicated install but 30 days time was wasted. I would recommend purchasing heater from another company. Basically Leslie Pool wanted more money .

DO NOT BUY FROME THIS COMPANY
DO NOT BUY FROME THIS COMPANY! Ordered a 4 pack of Hayward 580xre filters and as it turns out (and 2 pool repair companies and $500 spent), I received some knock-off crap that made my pump unable to prime and my pressure to jump to 25+ psi due to restricted water flow from these pieces of crap. I'm lucky I didn't burn up my pump.
