I would not recommend this company. I ordered a 15' pool and they accepted my money and took my order. 3 days later the free pool cleaner showed up. 5 weeks later and I still had not received my pool. I try to call them (what a joke) and couldn't get through so I emailed them. A couple days later I get an email informing me that they're out of the pool I ordered. Really? You took my money but no one could contact me and let me know anything??? They sent me another pool finally for the same price. The free pool cleaner doesn't work and didn't come with instructions. I would avoid this company and take your business elsewhere.

Two stars as PART of the order was received. Here's what happened - I ordered chlorine tabs and a pool cover. Tabs came, cover did not. Waited a few days. Nothing. Called and waited on hold for over an hour. Finally got a clueless lady on the phone. She did follow up with an email asking for 72 hours to solve problem. They didn't respond in 72 hours. I sent an email after the fourth business day to follow up and they still haven't replied. Tried calling again and waited for 30 minutes before deciding that I won't wait another hour + to speak to these fools. Attempted one more email and "chat" contact. They never replied. I Disputed charge with CC company. Will never do business with them again. You should think twice about it as well.

Warranty for a salt generator t15 failed customer service gave me the 24hrs thing as in other posts. Called back 3 times same answer. Do I purchase from another company or wait. I'll have go local before pool turns green...I'm out of shock

I’ve ordered from them several times in the past and have not had an issue. Competitive prices which is why I went back to them. I ordered from them again this year and was charged and never received the item. I’ve emailed several times, waited on hold for over an hour in their chat area. I’ve called and get disconnected each time. I would have given 1 star if I had not had the successful orders in the past. However, I will never order from them again. 5/9/20 update - it’s been nearly a month and still no item nor reply to several emails and calls. I have disputed the charge with my bank and I would recommend the same for those who have also been charged. I’ve also submitted a review on Better Business Bureau which I also recommend.

Sorry Guys, going to have to go with two stars! Orders New Polaris and when we went to put it in the track doesn't spin the wheels. Called and was told would have to contact Polaris directly. When asked is their something I'm doing wrong, was told really don't know you need to contact them. Not a real good feeling for service after the sale! Will look for different supplier in the future! Half of my order was delivered to the wrong address. Thank god the order went to Leslie's pool pro store. Where the manager knows me.

If you order something from Pool Supply World and it is defective when you get it, they are going to tell you that they are only a distributor and that you have to contact the manufacturer with any warranty claims. I ordered two (2) Polaris Hose Ball Bearing Swivels from Pool Supply World because they were the cheapest. When the swivels arrived I installed both of them, but one of them leaked as bad as the old one I was replacing. Pool Supply World said that they don't have the equipment to test the product to see if it's defective. These are swivels that connect the pieces of hose on your pool cleaner. Water runs through the hose and through the swivels. There isn't anything to test.....IT LEAKS. Do yourself a favor and order your pool supplies from another company.

No problem with the product, but ordered on 6/30/19 and received on 7/31/19!!!! I wouldn't order here if I needed something urgently!
