PoolsupplyworldReviews of poolsupplyworld.com

I bought replacement cartridges for my pool and they gave out in less than a month. Others that cost the same usually last me 6 mos because that's the average life span but this was so ridiculous. The worst is that they never got back to me to address my issue. Should have looked up their reviews before buying with them. Save your money and pay a little more for better quality. Crap!!#######

I really wish I would have read reviews before ordering. This company is a joke. Same as those below, I placed my order assuming I’d receive my item in 3 days or so. Not the case. After 4 days I received an email stating I need to verify two transactions totaling my purchase price. This is supposedly due to fraud. Right. Seems the case is more likely that they do all they can to buy time. Seems as though they process many refunds and are likely using each of our orders to refund the previous order. When I told them to cancel it and refund, they said ok. I assumed that was that. Two days later I get an email saying the order was just refunded. What the heck!? waited two more days and nothing. No money returned. I’ve contacted them again askin for proof of the refund. I want to see the trasaction slip with the transaction ID and date on it. Nothing but silence. I’ve already gone to Leslie’s and bought the same item. Sure it was $50 more, but I have it! I have let this company know that they’ll be seeing me in court. They said that items ship in 25-48 hours, but it did not and they did not contact me to let me know about this and give me a new ship date or the option to refund. This is mandatory under the consumer protection law. And now they are delaying refunds. Anyone want to put their name on a class action law suit? I hate companies like this and believe they should not be allowed to continue business. I’ll do all of the leg work, I just need 40 people to join me. email me. slsaldana82 at gmail

Shipping took a long time and once i received a $800 filter it was all busted inside. They said they would replace it but it has been a week already and I cant get any answers or a tracking number for the replacement unit. VERY poor customer service!!!

These people are SCAMMERS. They often ship the wrong thing and then force YOU to pay to return it and "restocking fees" to take it back! And getting in touch with them takes upwards of 30 minutes or more. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. It's easier, and cheaper in the long run, to head to a local pool supply store. Wow. I actually had to contact my credit card company and get them involved with these scheisters.

As a buyer, I feel that I shouldn't be bothered by the vendor and have to jump through inconvenient hoops so they can attempt to secure their e-store. What happened to I pay and they send me my order. Now I have to wait 7 days for a refund not including their slow shipping. I ordered on Monday (4/08) today is Thursday (4/12) and I was just notified my order hasn't shipped because I need to confirm the 2 transaction amounts they made. This is so inconvenient. If you want to secure our credit cards then you should really get your online broker from reputable institution. Security should be transparent and convenient to the customer.

Awful, awful company. No one has a clue what is going on in that company. I called several times and refused to speak to anyone but a supervisor. I received half my order. After a month, finally received the other half which was the wrong one but I had to use it anyway. Every time I called, it was a different person and I had to explain the saga...again. Never would I order from this company again.

I will never do business with this company ever again! ordered pool filter 5 days ago under the impression that i would see it in 1-3 days. they refuse to cancel the order so that i can order from a reputable source and receive it in a timely manor. this will be holding up a new pool construction project at this point in time. shop elsewhere and stay away!

COMPANY CHARGED ME $100 TO RETURN ITEM THAT i CALLED TO CANCEL 30 MIN AFTER I ORDERED - I GOT EMAIL 2 DAYS LATER THAT SAID THEY COULD NOT CANCEL ORDER AND WOULD CHARGE ME RESTOCK FEE AND SHIPPING TO RETURN STAY AWAY
