So far I would give them less than one star. I ordered a pool cover, they took my payment and now, over a month later, I still haven't received it and they don't give you any tracking information. I will have to work with my credit card company to get a refund I guess. They shouldn't be in business.

Bought a heater which was posted $25 less than other sites, but it was never shipped. They gave wrong tracking number twice and both the times, it was found that the item was never shipped. It sounds like a Garage shop. Dont get fooled by couple of bucks less price

Ordered a pool filter cartridge...received it within a week with no problems... in perfect shape. Customer service on the phone was very efficient and polite. Saved $$ compared to local pool stores.

Used them twice - less then stellar experience on both occasions. 1st try: received broken item with a two week delay in replacement 2nd try: I called back on same day of order to cancel one small item on the $200 total. They shipped the item several days later anyway and when contacted about return they said it would cost me $25 to return the $15 item. I traced the origin address -- their warehouse is Leslie's.. 3 wks later: still awaiting any confirmation of shipment of pool covers and accessories.

Wish I would have read reviews also. I usually do, now that I have read them I understand why I have not received my order. I ordered on May17 today is May 30 still no product. I called them and they said it would take 48 hours to see what happened to my order. Now I wonder if I will hear back from them. It has been 24 hours. Will not do business in the future with this company, just hide I get what I ordered.

I attempted to purchase chlorine from this company. The order processed quickly but then a couple of days later they emailed to say they could not deliver to postal store address. They will only deliver to a residential address. When I talked to the rep they said that this policy is clear on their FAQ... It is nowhere to be found on FAQ so their reps are taught to either lie or they just are clueless. I asked for a refund and they said it could be up to 5 business days for the refund to show up. So bottom line, spotty customer service, lack of restrictions being listed on website, quick to take your money but slow to refund. Definitely find another place to make your purchase unless you like the run around.

I ordered a $4200 slide. They delivered it. It was damaged. And they wouldn’t help me. Now I’m stuck with a damn slide that I can’t even install because of cracked parts. Not a good company.
