Watch out from deceptive return policy

Rip Offs. Don't buy from this company. They send damaged parts and won't refund. They don't even have a real store, they just broker parts. Buyers Beware RUN!!!

I do not know why all these people are giving Pool Supply World such poor reviews. I feel bad that they did not have the experience they had hoped for. As for me, I have dealt with Pool Supply World for about the past five years and I have nothing but praise for the company. They have always gotten back to me in a timely manner. I've always gotten the parts that I requested. I just recently redid my whole swimming pool and ordered all brand new parts and has spent thousands of dollars on the parts all of which I ordered from Pool Supply World and every last one of them worked great and came in a timely manner sometime sooner than what was told it would be here. The only time I had something come later is because it did ship directly from the manufacturer which Pool Supply World has no control over. If I did have a problem they were quick to jump on it in a very timely manner. Their website is awesome to navigate through as well. And most of the times they have the lowest prices. They have even beaten out Walmart and Amazon for the things I have ordered.

Does not honor warranty on items they sell. Just points fingers to the manufacturer after they have collected there money and bounced on you.

I ordered a part which arrived damaged. Ultimately I returned it and received a perfect replacement. No shipping fee. Customer service was very pleasant. My only complaint is that the entire process took WAY too long. On hold for a minimum of 20 minutes for each of two phone calls. No shipping label the first time when they said it had been sent. Almost a month from original order to receiving the undamaged replacement part. The replacement process was more effort than it should have been,

ordered my cleaner -- 8 days ago ---they have not even processed the order--- they advertise 2 day shipping what a joke --

Very disappointed with the company and the experience. I ordered two Pleatco PAST150 filters, they shipped APCC7395 supposed to be equivalent. Well it's not and does not fit. The inside OD is different. Contacted Customer service who emailed me asking to send them pictures of the parts by return email and that the return department would get back to me within 72 hours. I did, same day. That was on May 25th, almost a month ago. Since then, crickets. Not a word from them. I do not recommend and will not do business with Pool Supply World again.

I ordered a Polaris 280 which runs off of a booster pump and was sent a Polaris 360 which uses the pool pump. It took over a week to get a response from them. They told me I could return it for a 15% restocking fee and pay the shipping. Why? They sent the wrong item. It comes up to over $100. I think this is some kind of scam. I will never order anything from them again.
