Fast and dependable service.

Not enough customer support staff to take calls. Still have not shipped my replacement filter, original was defective and also may have been damaged in shipment. When you call the 800 number they don't tell you what hours they are open. I have to return the damaged filter to the ups store, guess they are not going to ship me the new one until they have the damaged one , even though they have pictures indicating its defective/damaged! I guess your a valued customer as long as you don't have a problem then it's a different story.

I called the company before ordering the liner and was told there was one in the warehouse so I ordered it. Come to find out, the liners are specifically made for you as you order them. That is a very good thing. Bad part is, you have to wait over a week, which isn’t bad, but when you’re expecting a liner sooner because you’re told something else, it’s a bit frustrating.

Even when an item did not arrive as the deliverer stated, by the next morning, before I could phone to inquire, Pool Supply World sent an email that it was on the way. It did arrive.

Initial ordering experience was quick and easy and chat function answered questions. I ordered the Polaris 360 Pressure Side Pull Cleaner and it came with Free 2nd day shipping. After I placed the order, it showed as processing for 2 days. I sent a message asking what the deal was and in the morning I got a UPS shipping notice that said it would be delivered in 5 days. When I called to ask why it took so long to process and why not 2 day shipping they said I must have changed something. I asked them why in the world would I change shipping to take longer and why would they send it slower when they provided free 2 day shipping. The lady continued to blame me instead of trying anything to fix it. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I had hopes of using this company to buy all my regular consumable supplies but not now.

I ordered a swimming pool ladder. The incorrect size ladder arrived. After getting in contact with customer service and sending them pictures, first the claim was denied, than they said ok, you can return the ladder at a 15% restocking fee and $10 shipping charge. Yes the return policy is buried at the very bottom of the page that no one reads. I would be very careful if I was doing any business with this co.
