Order came in as expected, delivered on a timely fashion. Very pleased with price and delivery.

Received order quickly and at best price around. However when I asked for their help ordering a part, the flue adapter kit for my new pool heater, they would not help me find the part number of the kit I needed. They told me to contact manufacturer. So I did and then ordered kit from Amazon. This causes me concern for future customer service needs.

At first, great price and quick fulfillment. When I opened the box I realized I should have ordered a different unit. The poolsupplyworld website says they accept returns for a restocking fee, which is OK, and to fill in a form to request an RMA. Since then there have been a series of emails (three business days for each response) in which they ask for an explanation, then ask for photos, then say someone else will follow up and ask for more information, etc. I would like to support online stores other than Amazon, but they are doing a good job of making me sorry I chose them. I don't understand, I'm willing to pay the restocking fee for an exchange, too.

R U kidding me! I would NEVER have purchased the replacement if I new that you were going to stick me with $15 plus 5%. It also took you over two weeks to send me a label. What a JOKE. LOST customer and a poor review. I'll stick with Amazon

This is the worst possible company on Internet in terms of orders and delivery! I placed my order (#L1565497) for $261.55 on May 26 and nobody ever mentioned to me that the merchandise is "back-ordered" Today, after three call to the company I find out that the possible! week of delivery (not certain – possible) is the week of July 6! Six weeks since I placed the order and with no certainty! When I asked for manager, they placed me on hold for 20 minutes and then told me that no one is available. If you value your time and money – DO NOT order anything from Poolsupllyworld!

I had to replace the complete Hayward multiport valve and poolsupplyworld price was the best. They had clear product description and details, making it easy to identify the right part to be replaced. Shipping was super fast as well, the product was delivered within 2 days.
