Fast and accurate.. Much cheaper than other retailers

Website is easy to navigate and Pool Supply World always has the products I need. I love the fact that you can save money by buying in bulk! Oh, and fast shipping!

I cancelled my order within 5 minutes of purchase. I called customer service and was assured the order would be cancelled. Needless to say, the order was not cancelled and was shipped with my second order. When I requested a return, I was told chemicals could not be returned and was stuck with the incorrect order. Terrible return policy. Stick with AMAZON.

Double edge sword. Ordered 7 parts. 3 came in 48 hours. 3 came in 72 hrs. The last part was to arrive on Friday by end of day. It didn’t. So, now I couldn’t look for it til Monday. On Monday was told it got lost and would ship again. Supposed to have Wednesday. Late Wednesday I called. Part not only wasn’t going to arrive today, hadn’t even shipped yet. Excuse was warehouse lost power all day Tuesday. Will make sure it goes out. Most important part in my rebuild took 2 weeks to get. At least I got a refund for the $7 part.
