The product is great quality and is exactly what we ordered. However, the quality in shipping was poor. It was shipped in its organial very thin box, untapped. The rain caused the box to start falling apart, it was all ready able to lose the parts in shipping, this only added to the risk. Please, take a look into how products are shipped. Thank you.

This was my first order and I was completely satisfied with the transaction.

Terrible experience with this company. After ordering a part that was defective when received. This company has failed to refund the amount charged even after I shipped it back, sent pictures, called several times. Don’t do business with these guys. I never will again.

The easily found information on Poolsupplyworld's website allowed us to replace our obsolete pool pump diffuser on our Challenger Hi Head pump with a new diffuser and impeller, saving us the cost of an entire new pump. Their information explained why we couldn't find a replacement diffuser and why we needed to replace the impeller as well. Their prices were reasonable, too! Thank you so much for all your assistance!

I ordered a Pentair Filter. I had to call them 3 times to find a tracking number and After 11 days, nothing.

Good service and delivery. The part I order was the exact replacement part and only took a few minutes to switch them out. Works perfect.

The purchasing experience was great, was able to chat with person about part ordering, received the part promptly. Unfortunately it was not the correct part, the purchasing service is great but the returning process is very poor. I received an email asking for pictures of the part to be returned, which I promptly returned. The email stated to allow 48 to 72 business hours for response, it has been a week and have not heard anything back from them, regardless of follow-up emails after the 72 hours.
