Overpriced tiny plastic part.
Response from Pool Supply UnlimitedMay 19, 2026
We are sorry to hear you were disappointed. We understand how frustrating it can feel when a small replacement part carries a higher cost than expected. Pricing can sometimes reflect manufacturer pricing, availability, and shipping costs in addition to the size of the item itself. We do appreciate your feedback and your business.

Ordered parts from them March 26th never received the order. Tried to email them and the email on website says it doesn’t exist. Tried to call the number provided and no answer. Seems this company is a scam. They take your money and that’s about it. Avoid this company you won’t receive your order and there’s no way to contact them.
