My new diving board arrived exactly when the representative said it would. It did take a while for it to come but that's understandable since the diving board I ordered had to be manufactured from scratch due to its size and type. We absolutely love our new diving board! It's way more springy than I thought it was going to be and my kids absolutely love it!

On September 16 I ordered a skimmer and paid with my credit card. My delivery address on Curacao was provided. No confirmation received, money was debited. Asked several times for an invoice via the contact form and asked whether the order had already been sent via Fedex, but no response was received. Do you have a Fedex trac and trace? Do you have an email address or other telephone number that I can call from outside the USA (not an 0800 number) Sent an email on October 5. Still no response received.
