I bought an item from them in December for a Christmas present, they sent the wrong item so I returned it. They emailed me to say they have received the item back, but it's been 5 weeks and they still have not refunded my money, they don't respond to my emails and don't have a phone number to contact. Disgusting. Don't shop with this company.

I ordered 4 Shrouded Fable ETB's and was only sent 1. They refuse to help and have stolen my money. They are saying they sent all 4 when I sent them the pictures of the box I received which is only big enough to hold 1 ETB. I know it's tempting to order their ETB's for the promo cards, but just know that if they mess up the order, they will not admit it and you will have no recourse other than to file a dispute with your payment company. Pokemon Center has HORRIBLE Customer Service and are willing to steal from it's customers. Beware. Pokemon Center....you should be ashamed.

Die neuen Sammelsets werden zu teuer weil die Printauflage Müll ist die Händler drehen durch mit den Preisen. Vielleicht mal ein Statement das man Reprint macht oder wie auch immer wäre nötig. Krank was da los ist.

They shipped me a clearly defective product. The only option I have is to return it so now I get a chore and I'm out the product and my money indefinitely until they refund me. Why I can't just show them the defect and get a new product sent out is beyond me. I wont be purchasing from them in the future because of this.

Stasy away! If your kids want Pokémon, don't allow it. Pokémon is designed to be a brainwashing gamble and all you do is lose. I sent back 2 boxs of extremely bad QU cars over 3 years ago and they keep blocking when I email for status. Edit- I did get my items returned, not replaced. Took 5 years.

Save yourself your money and purchase from local reliable shops. Pokemon Center AU has sent me tamper and unauthentic products. The logistic company they use Service Global-E whom make it impossible to log a support ticket, as the page just times out. An actualy legitimate company that is scamming. Contact the ACCC with the issue to flag them people.
