I am absolutely outraged by the abysmal service provided by this company. I ordered a premium collection box from their website as a special birthday gift for my daughter. The collection was supposed to include 3 promo cards, 1 oversized promo card, and 11 booster packs. However, when the item arrived, the box was already opened and the 11 booster packs were missing. When I contacted customer support, I was met with a dismissive response. They claimed their audit showed the box was shipped intact and refused to offer a refund or replacement. To add insult to injury, they informed me that any future cases opened regarding my order would be closed without reply. This is absolutely unacceptable. I strongly advise everyone to avoid purchasing from their website. Not only do they fail to combat scalper bots, making it nearly impossible to get items, but they also demonstrate a complete disregard for their customers. As long as they have your money, you are nothing but refuse to be discarded.

Most terrible customer service ever. I had a second dispute (miscut card). The way this company provides service is not even called service. They want you to provide everything what was in the tin (incl all the opened packs with the cards) like who keeps them and makes pictures if it? Instead of helping ur they keep following ridiculous protocol. But why should they care? All they care about is making money. Customer service is the worst out of the worst.

Worst company in the world for a collectors item they dont care about anything aslong as the get there money it barely cost them anything to make the cards sell for $150 they dont limit purchases so you get all the scalpers buying up all the cards before its even released then they sell it for almost double the amount they paid before its occifially released it should be illegal to sell an item not released to the public yet so everyone can enjoy the game like it was intended instead of supporting scalpers in their money grab sceme wish pokemon would just die off make something new and affordable if you want a product people will enjoy instead of just a resell item

This company sucks! Really takes care of the scalpers! They have a great system.for bots to buy everything out, but unfortunately, screw over their individual buyer. Won't let you on the site whilst all the bits are busy buying, putting you in a que, just to say there's maintenance when they let you in, to then put you back in a que! Plus... sounds crazy.... print enough cards to sell to everyone, maybe. 🤔 that's a strange concept, isn't it. I've been f'd by this company too many times in recent months. But this one's got to me! Destined rivals is a nostalgic set for me, so disappointed I won't be able to open even one bleeding pack! Pokemon centre, do better!!!!

Awful customer service

Ordered regularly from the company, plenty of website issues making the checkout hard to navigate and complete a transaction. This time I placed an order via PayPal, there was an error with the shipping address. Immediately contacting support within minutes via chat and finally being connected with an agent only to be told there is no recourse to update the order details nor cancel the order. This is unheard of and unacceptable. The item has not been dispatched yet they only refer to the courier who has not received the item. This is substandard and lazy e-commerce practice. The chat agent repeatedly try to immediately end the chat seconds following their lacklustre copy and paste replies. This can barely be called support or service. For the amount of money the company makes it’s disgusting to treat loyal customers in this manner. It’s enough to put someone off the franchise altogether. Highly damaging experience.

I ordered things from the pokemon center for my mom and was sent the wrong package. Not to happy at all customer service is lacking sent back the wrong package back and no cash refund at all its been two weeks and nothing I sent a letter with the package and no one could call me at all! $245.99 down the drains and I got ripped off hard! Thanks for a bunch of nothing pokemon center will never ever have anything to do with this company ever again please save your money and don't make the mistake of trusting this company.

Returned a few cards due to the poor printing quality 2 years ago but no update at all. Don't send back your cards!!! I sent them over to the UK company and they supposed to transfer it to the international company and send me back.
