I paid for 2 day shipping for an order on 10/14/2026, however it took until 10/21/26 for it to arrive. I don't feel it was worth the roughly $40 extra in shipping when standard shipping takes about this long. I won't bother with paying extra for expedited shipping in the future if it will end up being no quicker.

DO NOT TRADE high value items to Cardkingdom. They will under grade them and then sell at a higher grade. I bought 3 high value cards in Excellent condition. I traded them back in and all graded VG. They are ripping customers off because they don’t want to pay the true graded value.

Ordered card recently that showed 3 in stock. Still showed 2 in stock after ordering. Received message next day that out of stock on a card that went up significantly in price. Very suspicious and not trustworthy!

I haven’t really had any issues buying but selling to Card Kingdom has been a consistent headache. Every other sell order I’ve made this year (50%) have been marked “cancelled” for missing the two-week window for receipt, then mysteriously found a day or two after customer service has been contacted. This has happened three times in the past three months, which is way too often to be USPS’s fault, as they claim. So I’m left holding my breath that every order hasn’t been lost in transit. It truly feels like rolling the dice — I have no idea what their receiving crews are doing! As others have said, they’ll also toss out one or two VF gradings randomly on bought cards (despite there being next to no cards listed at that grade for sale on their site). So that’s sketchy too. What must also be said is the insane markup on cards, often 50% (or way more) above market value. Yes they give you more on trade in than most buyers but $3-4 markups on $10 cards is price-gouging. For example, they’re currently selling Meticulous Archives for $20.99, which is 62% above its market value of $12.90. That’s disgusting. On top of those ridiculous markups, they have the gall to charge $8 shipping on orders less than $75?! So to hit that “free shipping” amount, you’re spending a total of $20-25 over market price on your cards. You get screwed on every aspect of the sale, aside from maybe condition and selection. I would avoid Card Kingdom if there was a selling alternative. There’re no efficient ways left to offload $1 or $2 cards. But I’m done after I hit the “free shipping” total in store credit — their processing times on buys and poor customer service makes dealing with them more trouble than it’s worth. Now that they’ve been bought by those total PARASITES in private equity, their prices and service is sure to get even worse. Edit for clarity: Every “delayed” Sell Order I’ve placed has shipped within 48 hours, without tracking (because USPS is charging an arm and a leg for anything beside basic letter envelopes. It doesn’t take 3-weeks to get a letter from the East Coast to the West Coast of the U.S. Delays happen but not near that often.

I have shopped with CK for a very long time. Always could count on them to be reliable, fast shipping and justifiably fair market prices! Plus they make sure you are buying real cards not fakes. Recently I can say I appreciate their excellent customer service department. They definitely will listen to a situation and make it right.

Placed a decent order about $400 ish, got the cards actually near mint, nice crisp edges and lovely colouring still on them almost no scratches (Starcitygames need to take note). They shipped in proper snap shut plastic cases with a packing peanut to stop the cards shaking in the box, awesome. Love the plastic boxes to reuse to. They also taped it shut nicely. 4.5/5 if I could because only one of the boxes had tabs on the tape for easier removal, would of been nice on both of them, it's the small details like this that make an experience great, also my Voja was ordered pre release but It came just a simple foil but Meh that's okay. (I miss you date stamps). The cards were also in order of the paper receipt that made checking they were all their a breeze and was appreciated

I have been ordering from Card Kingdom for a long time and recently had an order that appeared to have been lost in the mail. Despite being slightly out of their window to claim a package lost or stolen, Card Kingdom went above and beyond to reship the order for me. Amazing customer service and absolutely plan to keep buying from them.
