Great products, buggy website
In terms of the products, I am happy with my orders. It's amazing to FINALLY have a UK-based official Pokemon Center - even if only online! However, I've had a problem almost every time I placed an order because the website doesn't work. I appreciate that they have to be careful to stop bots and scalpers, but it's so frustrating! One time, I was stuck in a loop when answering the Captcha questions - it just wouldn't end no matter how many times I answered it correctly. I've been in the middle of making a purchase when suddenly I got a notice saying "The website is down for maintenance". I got an error saying that my billing and shipping address didn't match (when they did)! Then my credit card wouldn't work on the site - it kept getting declined - even though I use that card all the time and it had plenty of credit. I used it another time afterwards with no issue. Most recently, I was about to place an order and I decided to remove a few items from my basket. The page then refreshed and I got redirected to a blank screen saying "You have been blocked". I was then unable to place an order from ANY device in my house as their website blacklisted my IP address, meaning that all devices on my wifi network were blocked. I had to circumvent this by placing my order using my mobile phone on cellular data. Please sort out these issues! Many times I've just given up because I couldn't place my order.
