The Pokemon Company International, Inc.Reviews of pokemoncenter.com

My orders have always delivered in the time stated and well packaged. The checkout stage can be a little temperamental which is why I dropped a star, but happy to see they've added a PayPal option which seems much faster and customer service were great and fast to respond when I was experiencing site issues - thanks!

Was promised a refund, never got one... Customer support is lacking support, last reply was on the 16th of May. Absolute disgrace of a company.

I get all my kid's plush pokemon here! Great prices and fast shipping. Way better quality than anything else out there.

In terms of the products, I am happy with my orders. It's amazing to FINALLY have a UK-based official Pokemon Center - even if only online! However, I've had a problem almost every time I placed an order because the website doesn't work. I appreciate that they have to be careful to stop bots and scalpers, but it's so frustrating! One time, I was stuck in a loop when answering the Captcha questions - it just wouldn't end no matter how many times I answered it correctly. I've been in the middle of making a purchase when suddenly I got a notice saying "The website is down for maintenance". I got an error saying that my billing and shipping address didn't match (when they did)! Then my credit card wouldn't work on the site - it kept getting declined - even though I use that card all the time and it had plenty of credit. I used it another time afterwards with no issue. Most recently, I was about to place an order and I decided to remove a few items from my basket. The page then refreshed and I got redirected to a blank screen saying "You have been blocked". I was then unable to place an order from ANY device in my house as their website blacklisted my IP address, meaning that all devices on my wifi network were blocked. I had to circumvent this by placing my order using my mobile phone on cellular data. Please sort out these issues! Many times I've just given up because I couldn't place my order.

I've made several orders from the UK site now and I've been pleased everytime. They could improve packaging but other than that it's always speedy deliverys and great communication. I'll continue to be a customer. PS: I'm praying they will have some Special delivery Charizards to give out in the near future! Thanks, Andrew.

I was sceptical about ordering from this website due to the lack of reviews but as their price was retail compared to the hiked prices elsewhere I took the risk. I am very glad that I did. The plush arrived quickly and packaged well. The quality of the plush is perfect.
