DONT BUY FROM THEM! The only decent customer service is in Japan otherwise, they will keep your merchandise and never refund you. Customer service is horrendous and if you try to speak to someone else they threaten that you that they will remove your ability to ever contact them in the future. Thats insane.

Fix your site, there MUST be a better way to do things. I appreciate you're trying to work towards getting rid of bots, thats fantastic but you're ruining the experience for fans - its not working. Sick of wasting countless hours in a queue just for no products to load or immediately be kicked for "suspicious activity".

J’ai envoyé une carte Pokémon endommagée à leurs services en juillet 2024, à leurs frais, avec promesse de remboursement des frais d’envoi. Carte reçue, mais depuis ? Aucune réponse réelle depuis près d’un an. Le support se contente d’envoyer le même message automatique en boucle, sans jamais résoudre le problème. Je suis collectionneuse et cliente régulière : c’est la première fois que je rencontre un tel niveau d’incompétence. Très déçue de devoir passer par des plateformes publiques pour espérer un minimum de sérieux. Je déconseille fortement de leur faire confiance pour un service après-vente.

No stock, awful queue and bot system. Pokemon can not keep up with demand and refuses to print to order. Customer service is non existent and atrocious. Copy paste messages that don’t actually answer any questions. Hoping they can turn it around but it’s been 7 months with limited stock 5 months with virtually nothing anywhere. Update 6/26 company is still awful and can’t get their website to work, still no stock to be found. No communication, customer service just copy and pastes responses and can’t do anything. They literally suck and have no intent of fixing anything or turning it around they have made that abundantly clear.

Still waiting for a refund after already waiting over 2 months. Customer support is appalling and in many cases non existent. Whoever runs the logistics and website needs to be replaced. How can such a large brand make such a mess of refunding a returned item.

Pokemon company scum Pretty much sums it up they pander and cater to scalpers, "were reprinting more!!" Yea more for the scalpers but yet yall claim to care and you do ZERO to fix the problem your scum your trash and greedy and only care about money. Wanted to get the kiddo into pokemon but we'll switch to another tcg yugioh hell even digimon.

Unable to order, gave up after 3 hours. Just when you are paying it gives you error 17 followed by an IP-ban? Why? Complete amateurs. No customer support available, only if you wait 3 hours in chat lol.
