Ordered 3 Pokemon plush characters on 20th July. My order arrived on 23rd in a large box filled with thick air packaging and in perfect condition. No complaints.

I sent some factory damaged cards back in October 2022. To get an insight in how far there were in the process, I had to contact them. However, everytime they responded the same way, "we are working through the backlog of request, and can't give you an answer at the moment. Now almost 2 years later, nothing has changed. Do not do the same mistake as me... DO NOT SEND YOUR CARDS TO THE POKÉMON COMPANY! This is the worst costumer service I have EVER experienced!!!

I ordered a package. I was at home when it was supposedly delivered. I contacted customer service and inquired 5 minutes after it said delivered. They said that the delivery guy sent a picture, but when I provided a picture of my front door, they said the steps matched. What kind of review is that? Steps look the same everywhere. They wouldn’t review if the addresses matched. What a joke. I contacted my credit card company and am now disputing them.

Ordered 8 temporal forces ETB’s at Pokémon center. Received only 2. While it was being delivered to family in the US, we didn’t discover this mistake until this week as we are visiting. Pokémon doesn’t want to help as it’s been too long since the order was made. Yet they didn’t deliver. I don’t think I want anything to do with this franchise anymore.

Packs these days are a hard scam. Been buying from my local shop, 5 packs at a time. Spent over £800 in the last month and pull the same garage cards every time. Had some EX cards over 10 times. Get the same 2 ace spec cards repeatedly. Clearly they're sending decent cards to certain places as I don't know anyone pulling hits where I am and they're never for sale in my area. 400 cards in a set and you can't get close to completing one after spending nearly £1000. Money grabbing taints.

Prior to this interaction; I believed Pokemoncenter.com to practice reputable and trustworthy business practices and therefore expected they would they would take accountably and correct self-caused issues; same as any other company I purchase from. Below I’ve outlined this experience: On 12/8, I purchased a total of 50 products from pokemoncenter.com that all had the following description, but had certain packs being shown in the tins in the item description images: In this Mini Tin, you'll find: 2 Pokémon TCG booster packs (Each Sword & Shield Series booster pack contains 10 cards and 1 basic Energy. Each XY Series booster pack contains 10 cards.) 1 metallic Pokémon coin A Pokémon art card showing the art from this Mini Tin—you can collect and combine all five! (Other tins sold separately.) I have ever purchased a Pokemon product that showed an packs in it, but then received different packs worth a fraction of thee value. The pack pictured was 'XY Evolutions' but instead I received a very different product. I went to report this issue and request a refund for an inaccurate description; I saw that the image of the packs had been REMOVED. I only made this purchase because the image indicated the XY Evolution packs were present in these products and the description did not say they could be random product the company wanted to get rid of. They do not normally do refund on trading cards, but I would assume any company would provide a refund when the listing was inaccurate (and even changed by the company indicating it was an error). Instead I was informed my ticket would be closed along with any subsequent. I believe this was a sale made under fraudulent pretenses to elicit sales they would not have otherwise received from both myself and many others in order to reach year end goals quickly. I had hoped this was just an error they would correct, but I now believe it requires further investigation.
