They'll bill you upfront (I paid $60) and then bill you again after the fact (billed another $85). It's a scam and they know it. It's a shame when companies brand themselves as being for the client/patient. It's all a money grab. They also make it extremely difficult to cancel. 1/10...try somewhere else.

Refused to give me a prescription for clear throat/ear infection stating I had to get a strep throat test and then book another appointment to charge me again. Was simple throat infection and I got no help, or medication for almost $200 - complete SCAM! Will not be using EVER again.

PlushCare,dba AccoladeCare is a complete scam. They refuse to refill your ongoing medication unless you make an appointment every three months. Never had I had a problem refilling meds until I got suckered into this scam. They start out saying they are trying to establish a doctor patient relationship, then they send you for blood work you do not need and they will refill meds then and they don't. All they want is co=pays and billable hours for doing nothing. Stay away from PlushCare and AccoladeCare. Total rip off and bad medical care.

Honestly if there was an option for zero starts I would choose that option. The worst service ever! Please Please Please do not throw away your money! Doctors do not show up, they over charge, no customer service. Be ware and don’t make my mistake!

I definitely do not recommend. They are not upfront about costs, so be prepared for surprise bills. First of all, the place that they sent me for bloodwork billed me over $500 which is insane! Then I got billed an additional amount for my appointment, and never was able to get a clear response for what it was. I refused to pay the additional bills, and then they ended up pulling the payment from the card they had on file, which seems unethical. I ultimately moved over to Join Fridays and have been very happy with them (good service and upfront pricing). Way too many option out there to be messing with PlushCare!

I used the service and opted to use insurance and was charged 122.88 for a visit, I thought ok they didnt use my insurance they just charged me directly. Only to then get a bill for an $64 for the same visit. The rep said if i had chosen to pay directly for the visit i would have paid $129 but I used insurance so my charge is now $240 or something like that. So I paid 122.88 and I now owe 64.16 additional plus what my insurance had covered for visit that was advertised for 122.88 when I clicked it. This is false advertising and bait and switch at its best.

Absolutely terrible support. Months went by with nobody helping me get prior authorization from insurance and nobody filing appeals on my behalf, despite multiple attempts. Wasted my time and money. Very disappointed and would like a refund on the months I had to spend waiting, when I received no communication despite multiple promises. Unethical company with incredibly slow response times. They will take your money but do nothing to actually help you get care. Oh, and I work in healthcare and understand the system. So this is coming from someone with inside knowledge. Don’t use this company. There is much better out there. Edit: after posting this, I can say they promptly reached out and refunded me for months of waiting for responses. I appreciate that, at least.
