Before my appointment I verified they took my insurance and inquired about the cost. They told me my visit would be $18 so I accepted an appointment. They charged me an additional $215 and the $18. This is an absolute scam of a company

I’m happy for your fast service and your approach to the customer’s experience I think you have a great company and as you grow your business I hope that your patience and understanding will remain strong I have seen 5 other doctors and I am not happy with valley health I believe they should take notes from your establishment so that they can do better in the future

It was quick, easy, convenient and the Dr was thorough. She listened, asked questions and gave me some tips also. Promptly called in my medications for pickup.

Was in bed very sick. So I set up Plushcare account to have a Doctor call. Put in all my info and insurance and paid the copay. Closest appointment was 2 hours away so I waited. NEVER A CALL. Not a text or anything from a doctor. After 4 hours past it said your Physician will be unable to keep the appointment and cancelled everything. I had to fight for my refund and now apparently they set me up with monthly recurring fee which I specially checked the option of one time payment for my copay. I read the fine print. I used tele-doc and spoke to a wonderful caring doctor in 20 minutes and no money/ins hassle. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE .

Horrible doctor… She had no idea what she was talking about. I’m shocked she even has a medical license. Total garbage… don’t use

My Dr. is very professional, helpful & courteous.

Doctor spent time and listened, and answered all my questions.
