I had a very minor medical request for a stye and going through Plush was so easy, fast and convenient. I was able to be seen quickly and have medicine prescribed while at work.

Made a Telemed appointment and before I made the appointment I made sure to verify that they were In Network with Horizon BCBS of NJ and it shows they are. My carrier had declined the claim for coding issues and stating that the practice is not in network. At the present time I had asked to have the claim corrected and refiled to the carrier which they declined and I still waiting for the claim and notes to file an appeal and complaint due that their website shows that this practice is in network. They have refused to make the corrections requested by HorizonBCBS and has not provided me the claim form with the supporting notes. NEVER AGAIN WILL BE USING THIS COMPANY!!!

I thought it was going to be a funky weirdo website that will give you anything for money, which was not what I wanted! I wanted a doctor to take over my endocrinology and that is what I got so pleased

Doctor Barbee was awesome. She is caring and great at listening and working with you. HOWEVER the rest of it is inconsistent and inconsiderate. The website says (This includes copay and deductible information if available.) My insurance says I have a 0$ copay. However PLUSHCARE says I have to pay $30. Not to mention they now want $17 dollars monthly as part of the membership. There is no communication allowed between you and your doctor like in real doctor practices. You have to schedule an appointment every single time you need to ask your doctor anything or need a prescription refill. Although is it convenient because I can do it from home its not patient care centered. It seems to be more about how they can get more money.

I took a home covid test and tested positive I called my general practioner and left messages with no response all day! I was desperate to get the paxlovid medicine so I found this site made an appointment i paid a $25 Co pay and the doctor logged on right on time and prescribed it to me and it was ready within the hour! So grateful for this site!

Physician was professional, knowledgeable, and kind. First rate service. Thank you.
