i was really into this telehealth service. for years i’ve used them, until they upped the price of the non-insured appointments from 69$ to 129$. after days of trying to get into contact with someone about this, they said they sent out emails, but i must have been the only person who didn’t get one. there are many telehealth services out there now, i recommend trying one with better practices and morals.

Customer service is great as far as communication. You get results back fast and appts are basically 24/7 to fit into your schedule if you not able to see the dr of your choice . Dr. Hairston answers all my questions/concerns . She breaks everything down to where I do not have many questions after we have spoke . She gives you different options in medication to help if necessary based off health concerns. I love the PlushCare App!

Price of visit changed after visit. I paid up front, no additional services were added, they just decided to change the original price provided.

Dr Tilden wanted Lab results to review. I had Labs done 11/1/24 for Blood Pressure Meds through my primary Physician. I sent these results to Dr Tindel and was responded "the labs must be less than 3 months old". So these labs was 48 hours past 3 months. I refuse to pay another Co Pay of $30 for Dr appointment and another $160 on labs. I selected PlushCare for convenience, because my primary is booked and difficult to make appointment. I have decided to go through my primary physician for a weight loss program. I feel PlushCare is a scam to try to get more money from people
