It was very easy to sign up and make an appointment. Lots of doctors to choose from and lots of times to select for my first appointment. And the doctor I chose seems to be a good fit for me. I live in a very rural area with few options for primary care providers and one of the nurses in our local ER recommended PlushCare. I recommend it too!

Everytime I called for an appointment, I got one for the same day . They are always pleasant to talk to. The doctors seem to care and appointments are thoural but quick . I always appreciate that I don't have go out of the house sick and do an appointment right from my home, or if I am traveling, where ever I am

I have been using the same doctor for a long time now and she's wonderful. However I'm a little disappointed with the service of the company right now. You have my Medicare card, and yet I keep getting billed on my credit card. I was billed 647 for lab tests, and then I was billed $129 for my doctor's visit. Why aren't they charging medicare?

So far I've been waiting 30 minutes PAST my appointment time to meet with a doctor. This is unacceptable and if they can't meet their quotas they need to reach out to me, not just have me waiting on hold. They say I can reschedule, but what's another couple of HOURS on a work day....

First appointment: I paid, I did the health questionnaire, I did everything I needed to do, waited 20 minutes and the doctor never showed up. I called and they cancelled my subscription and refunded my money. Total waste of time. Don't bother using this company!

User friendly app and service. Appointments available 24/7. Friendly and professional providers. Fair cash price and great price with insurance.

Quick to get to a doctor but didn't tell me what they were going to prescribe, they had to "think about it". Eventually prescribed something unsuitable. I didn't pick up the prescription. They will not issue refund, even though their website says "If we're unable to treat you, we'll provide a full refund".
