I highly recommend PlushCare for medical help. I am working away from my home town, while I developed an external ear infection, with swelling and pain and lock of my jaw. Not having an easy way to use my home health insurance where I reside now, I search for online doctors, and I selected PlushCare. This choice and the result was excellent! Login was easy and finding a great doctor, equally easy with this App. Very efficient, fast and simple way to plug in your data, and to obtain an online appointment. And the appointment was in the same morning. That was great. I login at the scheduled time and had my consultation with Dr. Milan Radojicic. It was excellent. Dr. Radojicic is a high level medical expert, who sensed immediately my problem and related it to my history. He was compassionate, kind, listening, and he gave me the best advices and treatment. He recommended the medication, which was immediately sent to a near by pharmacy. In an hour I had my medication at my hotel, and I started the treatment. Today is the 3rd day after this appointment and I feel great, the infection and all bad symptoms are almost gone. I am very thankful to PlushCare and mostly to Dr. Radojicic who treated me so perfect and reassuring. God Bless you Doc! Thank you. Highly strongly recommended.

My old doctors office was understaffed and I just could never get an appointment, it would take over a week to get a refill, and when I went I felt like no one listened to me. But I didn't want to find another local doctor because I'm moving to a new state in just a few weeks. So I tried Plushcare. My doctor has been kind and great at listening to me, I don't feel rushed, and I've been able to get my prescriptions refilled same day (which is a LITERAL lifesaver). I do think I'd want an in-person doctor again eventually, but I think this is a great option while I'm in this inbetween state. And honestly, I love my Plushcare doctor so much that it will be hard to find an in-person doctor that would make me want to leave her!

Literally charging my account when I never signed up for this and I am literally all the way in Australia. Never even been to the US. I don't know how this happened, but these charges have been going unchecked. I'm just glad I've caught it, albeit almost 100$ deep into my pockets.

It was relatively easy to sign in and register with plush care. The physician, Dr Anthony Chu, was right on time and prompt, very knowledgeable, articulate, and also just plain nice! Seeing Dr c h u for my prescription refill could not have been easier and look forward to having him treat me in the future!

Booked an appointment. Sent instructions to download app. Received message, app not compatible with my android phone. Contacted company by text and asked to cancel appointment. Attempted to cancel appointment by phone- too busy to answer phone -had to wait for return call. The appointment comes before the return call. They charge for the visit, plus a $75 late fee for an appointment missed due to their technology and staffing issues.

Terrible…showed up 5 mins early like the text directed , waited 30 minutes . Doctor no-showed the appointment. App would not allow me to re-schedule. My card was charged $129.00 and was unable to get anyone on the phone to help. You have a better chance of getting quality service at a Dunkin’ Dougnuts drive through.
