My doctor was knowledgeable, caring, and very helpful.

I am visiting the US from London I needed medication that I forgot to bring. PlushCare sorted my problem and the whole experience was quick and simple. I thoroughly recommend them.

I absolutely love this app! I was able to schedule an appointment within the hour that I downloaded it. My Dr. was pretty much right on time to our video visit and other than connection issues on MY end, it went very smoothly. She was able to prescribe me the refills that I needed the same day.

They took care of me fast and very professional...they showed that they cared and wasn't about just making money off you. I would recommend them to anybody!

I found Plushcare very helpful during a recent COVID experience. The provider was extremely knowledgable and was able to answer all of my questions. He provided excellent support at a time of confusion and concern. The website was easy to manage, very user friendly. I appreciate the support!!!

Quick and convenient.

I waited 10 minutes past our appointment for the doctor to log on, with a very simple request for her to rewrite a prescription from one form into another that my new insurance prefers. She was completely unfamiliar with these very basic and common prescriptions, and clearly had not read the briefing I filled out prior to the appointment. Near the end of the virtual appointment, the call dropped — because of tech issues on her end. She made zero attempt to reconnect. I had to contact customer service, which was unwilling to reconnect me or find a doctor to finish a prescription that should take about 60 seconds to write. Customer service made me wait multiple times on hold, and ultimately, their only remedy was to refund my money. Horrendous experience.

Total scam. I was never told, on the phone or in writing, that this is a SUBSCRIPTION service and that I would be charged $14.99 a month, every month, after my ONE appt. They only refunded the current month's charge, and will "send an email to billing" about the 3 prior months. SCAM! do not use! go to a legit Dr who will bill you for visits only!
