Excellent service

I have used PlushCare three times in the last 8 months…each experience has been excellent… once used in Florida where I needed medical assistance during Thanksgiving holiday and twice in MD. Each physician was knowledgeable extremely concerned thorough and able to provide quick medical assistance. Fantastic to be “ in and out of the office” so quickly. I will continue to use them!

Dr Salzberg was late for my 1st appointment by more than the 10 minute grace period outlined by PlushCare and completely ghosted my follow up but did have time while I was on hold to ask me to reschedule, which as odd. I suggest finding another doctor unless you have time to spare and don’t mind no-shows.

!! PLUSH CARE IS BY FAR THE VERY, VERY BEST !! I have tried several online services offered for medical visits with physicians. My insurance provider offers several. I was amazed at how inadequate these other service providers were/are, I couldn't get call backs at the time of the scheduled appointments, I had doctors that are rude and condensending. Plush Care has kind and caring doctors, they have very good efficiencies for scheduling and keeping appointments, they are the BEST. Insurance or not, I would much rather be in their care for online medical visits than any other firm out there. You are in great hands! Plush care is the best for online medical care. Far superior to all others!

My doctor was so caring and listen to my problem

WARNING! They will tell you that your insurance is accepted, but that does not guarantee that your insurance will cover the visit. A 5 minute call to get some medication prescribed cost me 190$ and I had to pay 188$ out of pocket as well as pay for the medication. It is cheaper to go see a doctor in person. Beware! This is a scam. They overcharge people just to speak with a doc for a few minutes! No way this should cost 190$. Just go to a clinic instead. Also, the assistant nurses that are supposed to help you with questions beat around the bush when you ask them anything regarding pricing. Beware this place is a scam and does not help people.

I had a great experience with PlushCare. The convenience of seeing a physician in the evening worked great with my schedule and the care was wonderful. I wish I would have found this sooner!! So easy and accessible. Thank you so much for the wi detail care from start to finish.
