We were on the road and a very long way from. When my daughter developed a terrible earache. I wasn’t sure what to do as I didn’t want to spend hours in a walk in clinic. So googled other alternatives. I found the Plush App and I was honestly a little nervous about what to expect. We were able to talk to a doctor while on the road and get script called into a pharmacy at our destination. Very easy once I figured everything out.

Tested positive for COVID. Tried to speak with my primary care doctor starting Monday (no return call), again on Thursday (claimed RN tried to call be back twice but my phone was with me all day and no missed calls or vmx). Called Friday and spoke with RN who told me because I am over 65 I was not eligible for Paxlovid, which is the opposite of what she should have said. Did research to confirm my thoughts on eligibility and found PlushCare online. PlushCare was able to get me an appointment for a virtual visit within 2-1/2 hours and Dr gave mr proper info and an Rx for the medication. Even had to use the customer care hotline to make a late change to pharmacy selection, which was handled immediately and effectively to allow me to get the meds that evening. Awesome medical advice and customer service. Making her my primary care Dr.now.

Terrible service. No one would even attempt to do anything, despite pain The first appt was cancelled 10 minutes before it was supposed to take place The second was useless -and the practitioner noted that I would be reported as well; all I asked for were 2 refills of non-pain meds The third did nothing as well, yet the charges appear immediately for the appointments. Then I cancelled, and 6 hours after I cancelled the service, they still felt it necessary to "dismiss" me from their practice; so not only are they incompetent they can't even check an account to find out if it is active. Worst service ever used. Avoid at all costs.

Such an amazing convenient and easy way for a primary care! As a nurse with a busy schedule I sought out this company during the height of Covid, I have been so pleased from day one that I have converted all of my medical needs with this company! Not only is it extremely convenient for the busy personnel, there is a much better feel of communication and ease and trustworthiness that I feel between the medical staff and myself. Highly recommend for anyone needing any type of primary care services l!!
