Extremely bad , I called cause I had sour throat and thought maybe I have strep throat. But the doctor kept asking about Covid and why I don’t have Covid vaccine etc I said I have 4 negative test I don’t have Covid I had twice and this is not Covid But he said that the only think they can be sure by see on vide patients So are all the patients they call Covid the classifying as Covid patients??!!! I have sour throat and he tells me to take Tylenol??? What is this !!! This site is a scam completely trying to get your money, then they submit all Covid patient and they get paid Scammmmmm

I have only had good experiences with the doctors on Plushcare. I recently tested positive for covid and was able to quickly see a doctor for anti-viral meds because I am high-risk. It would have been miserable to sit in a urgent care office for three hours. I am grateful for this service. Only complaint is I can't get their app to work on my new Pixel 5a. The website still works great though.

Was told dr was going to write a prescription immediately and send to pharmacy. Charged me $129 for nothing.

Doctors are very competent knowledgeable the service is quick and convenient I would recommend plus care to anybody that dislikes the inconveniences of the world these days and visiting a physical doctor's office

I have had such a positive experience with PlushCare and I absolutely adore my Doctor. She’s very thoughtful and great at listening to what I need. It’s incredibly convenient as well. Highly recommend!

Dr. Was great, asked good questions and seemed to care

Scheduled an appointment and was stood up. Called the hotline and was told I couldn’t wait for the doctor but instead had to cancel the appointment. No other appointments were available during the time I had scheduled. Terrible way to do business and no value for patients time.
