I was prescribed a medication which could have been lethal combined with another medication that I take and was in my profile. The doctor was negligent and did not even check it. I had to do the research after I learned the name of the med he sent in for me. Strongly do not recommend unless you want to die.

My provider was professional and caring

I had an appointment with Dr Judith Tessema. I waited for 30 minutes after the scheduled appointment time and then finally rang a representative from PlushCare and I was told the doctor wouldn't be coming online and I should hang up. They had to reschedule an appointment with another doctor. I was extremely disappointed, including with the lack of contact.

I started using PlushCare because my PCP in the town I just moved to wouldn’t address some health issues that were concerning me. I’m so glad I did. My Plush doctor not only listened to my concerns, but helped with finding the right medication to treat my issues. My mother also used it when she was sick with COVID and was very happy.

This is a scam. They intentionally sign you up for a recurring membership without telling you. The only way you find out is by reading to the end of their introductory email or checking your bank statements. They will never send you invoices showing the charges on your account to your email as any professional recurring service does. Big plus? If you try to log in using your email (even if you reset your password) they will not allow you to log in to cancel your subscription. You have to physically call. Which is an evasive pernicious method to get every month they can out of you. I'm a professional IT tech and their system is geared this way on purpose to take advantage of those that are not tech savvy or do not read every transaction on their bank statements.

I was having an issue with acne for several months due to hormonal changes. I was prescribed medicine for my acne and advise how to clear it up. The information that was provided by the physician helped to reduce the inflammation and outbreaks. My scars are healing and the acne is going away after one treatment of the medicine that was prescribed. I am very happy and satisfied with my results l will definitely use PlushCare again.

Dear Ryan. You’re team was a Godsend for me. We were visiting our second home in the northern WV countryside near Pittsburgh PA, Labor Day WE, when I contracted Covid. My doctors office in Alexandria VA has no place to call in to because they have out patient clinics set up for WE’s and Holidays. The Emergency Rooms locally were not very knowledgeable of current Covid practices Paxlovid, Monoclonal Antibodies and doubted my home test. My sister, who is trained in microbiology and whose husband is a doctor shared that a friend of hers (who is a doctors wife) had had to reach out to your company in a similar time of need. I set up an appointment with Dr Andrew Van Vugt and he went through my symptoms, explained why Paxlovid was not for me (Afib) and suggested Monoclonal Antibody Treatment. I chose a small local hospital that was on the government list that Dr. van Vugt sent. The pharmacy sent him an RX form which your team sent back and I was scheduled. I was originally scheduled for Friday (tomorrow) but they had a cancellation and I had the Monoclonal Antibody injection yesterday morning. While I am still suffering, I am ALOT better and can tell that your teams efforts have made all the difference. Thank goodness you exist! And what a great delivery method. My only sadness is that you do not take Medicare part A&B and Tricare for Life for insurance. I would probably use you as my primary care. But I did sign up and will use you for this type of service. I do believe that if I had not found you, I would have suffered much longer until I felt well enough to get back to the Alexandria VA area where our primary providers are located. Which could have resulted in long term Covid issues. Also a SHOUT OUT to the call in team. They are fabulous. Patient and understand what is going on. You have a great service going here. Total Scam, they took my insurance information, which I have fantastic insurance and didn't notify me that I was being signed up for a subscription, had to fly to Australia the next day because my father was dying of sepsis and was in a rush to get some prescriptions filled before I flew out. I only just found out in September that they've been charging me all year for a 14 dollar a month subscription. Total scam, there are much better online services.
