I was very sick and the thought of going to an urgent care and waiting for hours in a packed lobby full of other sick people was out of the question. I live alone and just trying to get myself there was going to be extremely difficult because I could hardly move. I found PlushCare online and got an appt in 45 minutes. The doctor was thorough. Didn’t rush. Asked clarifying questions. I was SO relieved! The prescriptions were sent in and there wasn’t a kink of any kind in the whole process.

This was my first experience and the doctor was thoughtful with her questions and provided me with treatment which made me feel much better in a couple of days!

If you prefer telehealth you would like the experience with Plushcare, and there is a lot of flexibility when seeing doctors. Their is a sense of urgency, flexibility, and great care! However, you may end up having additional visits, with doctors (at an extra cost) if their operations team doesn't pick up the phone when you have general inquiries. In addition, for more pressing medical matters, ensure to get 2nd medical opinions and if your insurance covers telehealth, leverage that first.

What a waste of time and money. I feel like I was fooled out of 130 dollars. Got the labs required wanted me to pay another 70 to go over those labs. I’m not sure the so called doctor has an actual medical license.

I recently scheduled an appointment for my brother who has severe anxiety. I got recommended medication from an ER psychiatrist the night before, and was only seeing if we could get a prescription because it had helped him a lot. After giving her background on the situation, she talked to my brother. After talking to him, she notified me that she had called social services and it was her call, not mine. Ten minutes later, 4 police officers showed up to my doorstep. This further worsened my brother's anxiety. Once the police was at my doorstep, they were trying to get in contact with the doctor, and she did not answer. So the officers and my family were just standing around our front doorstep bewildered and baffled at the situation. We hired this doctor for her expertise, which she did not showcase. She called the police on a house where the anxiety ridden patient lived. What was supposed to be an easy appointment, turned out to be a nightmare. Absolutely insane how a doctor on this platform can make a call like that, without thinking of the consequences for the patient and family. If you need medical attention, I suggest you be careful and look elsewhere.
