SCAM
The only reason I will give them 1 star is because I can't give them 0 stars. I paid $129 dollars for the virtual visit and no showed up .Then I tried to call and was on hold for almost 30 min before I had to hang up. A SCAM IS WHAT IT IS!!!! STAY AWAY

I actually enjoyed my interaction with…
I actually enjoyed my interaction with the Dr but after 36 hours I still haven't got my prescription. I've sent multiple messages and emails with zero response. I paid $130 for absolutely nothing.

Signed up, booked an appointment and the doctor never checked in for the appointment. $129 down the drain. Do not use this service.

Definitely don’t recommend
Definitely don’t recommend. Paid $129, with insurance, for a rushed visit with a rather condescending doctor who seemed annoyed. Was advised to get labs and follow up in a month. Immediately canceled the membership after the visit was over. The service definitely isn’t worth the perceived convenience, just wait for you in-person visit and have all of your questions answered. Biggest waste of time and money. Please, spare yourself.

Same day appointments
Same day appointments. Knowledgeable practitioner and quick diagnosis. Easy prescriptions. Cost is same as my deductible. Great design of website/app. Good technology for video visit. Everything went smoothly and pretty easy for a novice too.
