Didn't show up for my appointment then charged ME a cancellation fee. This is a scam, be ware!

I really appreciate Plush Care Virtual Healthcare. I pulled a muscle in my back and needed a doctor. I could have used a med stop in town but that would have required me to get dressed and drive in the pouring to the office for care. I was having a very difficult time walking from point a to point b at that point so leaving the house for care was going to be a major ordeal. I looked on line for a virtual doctor and found Plush care. The entire experience was wonderful, quick and very efficient. The doctor was prompt, friendly and listened to what was hurting me. She wrote a prescription and call the pharmacy of my choice. I think that this experience rates just as highly as an hands on doctor if not better. I would definitely use this company again. The wait time was very minimal and I didn't feel rushed during the appointment.

For starters. The ONLY reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of 0 is bc of Donna in customer service/support. She was FABULOUS. I will NOT be using this service again. My son & I do not go to doctors unless absolutely necessary. I do not have insurance & am a struggling single mom. When my son’s throat ended up very painful, red & inflamed, I had no choice but to seek out a medical professional. PlushCare claimed they treated everything from Covid to flu to STDs & UTIs. However, when my son made the $130 payment & saw the doctor, she (Dr. Eneniziaogochukwu Okocha) provided NO services, NO useful information & told him since she couldn’t swab his throat, he needed to go to another doctor. I felt nothing short of ROBBED. At that point, I didn’t have the funds to go to another doctor for help. Dr E.O. Charged us for information I didn’t even need Googles help for. Upon contacting customer service, I got Donna on the phone & she was able to refund our money so we COULD go to another provider. She was very patient & understanding…couldn’t have been more pleasant to talk to. I hope they give her a raise. I was ready to burn the world down when she first answered the phone. Her de-escalation skills are top notch 🙏

Many physicians to choose from , easy to schedule an appointment , knowledgable, thorough , problem solving oriented , personable - a great service

They will charge you for an appointment just for the Dr to tell you they can't prescribe the medication you need.

Very easy to set up an appointment and see your doctor by phone. Dr. Gregory Sharp is super nice to work with and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Plush Care.

Amanda at PlushCare customer service was thorough, helpful, asked great questions and very personable to talk to. She actually made dealing with a medical referral fun! 5 stars plus. Would highly recommend her and hope to get her assistance on future calls too,

Dr. Trisha Kelly is hands down one of the best doctors I have ever spoken with. She was incredibly kind, patient, compassionate, and so easy to talk to. I never felt rushed, and she truly took the time to listen and make me feel comfortable. Out of all the doctors I’ve worked with over the years, she is absolutely one of my favorites — along with my longtime family doctor that I see in person. I would genuinely give her 10 out of 10 stars and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and attentive doctor. I will definitely continue scheduling my visits with her from now on. She is truly amazing, and I hope others book with her as well because great doctors like this are hard to find. 😊
