I was a little reluctant at first. But this was the best decision I have made. Dr. Odom was amazing. He was very professional. He listened to my concerns, looked at my medical history, and was able to come up with options for me. I was truly impressed. I will be using PlushCare from now on.

They had zero communications with the lab and therefore had to reschedule follow up appointment. They ended up charging me for the appointment they canceled. I have sent 20 plus messages and all I get are automated replies or incorrect responses.

Unable to reach PCP or customer care. No one responds via app through messaging and if you call 30-1 hours wait time…if you can even get through.

While moving I recently became ill, not with COVID-19 but some other sickness going around in my state. The small town I was moving to, which is over 200 mi from my physician's office, has no walk-in clinic / urgent Care. Thank God for PlushCare, I signed up, and had an excellent virtual visit with Dr. Crabtree, all in the same day. My Prescription was called in quickly, and I am finally on the mend. Very convenient and easy to become a member.

Do not give them any financial or personal info. They continue to try to charge!!! This company is scary. They say it’s taken care of and it never stops. I think it’s a total scam!
