It was very simple to book a virtual appointment. The Dr was very prompt in calling me 20 minutes earlier than my appointment. And it only took about 10 minutes and I had a prescription waiting on me at the pharmacy.

I do not have the easiest transportation method, as my car recently broke down. Being able to do a standard Doctor's Visit from home, especially regarding something like a very painful ear infection, is extremely convenient for these situations. The doctors I have had visits with thus far have been very informative, professional, and patient with my questions and concerns. I would recommend Dr. David Crabtree, who assisted me in getting the proper antibiotic for my painful ear infection.

I tested positive for COVID on 01/25/23. I quarantined and was in terrible condition to where I was not able to get out of bed. On 01/31/23, I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Braun who prescribed antibiotics and cleared me to return to work on 02/02/23. I submitted a disability claim to the EDD for the 7 days I was out of work. I have 3 children and a wife to provide for. When I tried to get a Doctors Certification to get my claim approved, I was told they could not do it. So there is truly no point in using PlushCare if the “doctors” cannot give us full care. They can prescribe meds and determine when you can return to work but not complete the service for hard working people who get a virus and are forced to quarantine. I will never use this service again. I was depending on my disability claim to complete my rent. Never again.

Outstanding care! I used this service on vacation when my pediatrician was not calling me back. Dr Sayess was smart and thoughtful- prescribed antibiotics for an ear infection and gave me her email if I had problems filling the script . My sons ear ruptured and I emailed her- she responded promptly and placed another script for ear drops . Better care than my own pediatrician. Thankful for the plush care service .

Caution! I used this site about a month ago and was connected with a doctor that actually helped me. The charge for that visit was about $95 and totally worth it. However, despite declining to schedule another appointment, my credit card was charged $14.99 today. I attempted to contact their payment office but could not get a response. So I have no other choice but to dispute the transaction.

Scammed out of $50. The doctor never wrote a prescription then wouldn’t give a refund after calling to ask.

Made an appt and doctor was a no show. I was charged $50 missed appt fee. The charge was to be $15 which they also ran my card 3x, so i/o paying $15 for my copay, I paid $45. So a total of $95 and I never got to see the damn doctor.

I had a follow-up appointment today.. It went great.., The down fall is realizing I’m paying as thought I do not have insurance when I have Cigna..Calling there customer service is truly disappointing because you never get anyone. Now here’s the kicker the medication I was prescribed is back ordered from the manufacturer. How could the provider not know this? I will be canceling this service.. Note to self go to your primary care physician because this way of working is concerning.
