If I could leave 0 stars, I would! The doctor never contacted me again to follow up. I did my blood work the day after my appointment. They never called me about it. I called a week later and was told I needed to scan and email the results. I did in a pdf form right then. I was then sent an email telling me I needed to send the results in a pdf format which I had done!! They overcharged my account instead of it being a $30 co-pay with my insurance they billed me $179. VERY BAD service and I feel like I was scammed!

Appointments with DRs are available around the clock! You can literally book an appointment at midnight or during lunch. Super convenient and i'm so glad I found this website for any future emergencies. I will be recommending to my friends and family.

Terrible treatment today, first time ever, some of the female doctors rude, condescending and after taking your $ tell you to go to walk in, specifically Mara Linscott.

0 stars needs to be an option. If you don't like overpaying and getting surprise bills then DO NOT USE PLUSHCARE. I used PlushCare because they put on the face of being a cheap and quick way to see a Dr. I needed to see one and the MinuteClinic near me had a three-hour wait. So I down loaded the app, filled out the info, added my insurance and got the screen saying my insurance was accepted and all I needed to do was pay a $20 co-pay. Awesome! The actual visit went well, got a prescription and I felt like I had a good experience... and then a couple of weeks later I get a bill for $159 from PlushCare. Not once during the signup did this number come up as a possibility. Not once did they say I MIGHT have to pay this. Not once did they bring this up as a possible eventuality. Never did this number show up. I looked at the bill and they had charged my insurance $200 for the visit. Insurance paid for some + the 20 co-pay brought it down to $159. And the real kicker of this, they state on their website that an uninsured visit is billed at $129. They're expecting me to pay $30 MORE for an uninsured visit than an insured visit. Meanwhile, The MinuteClinic down the street is just $45... this is straight-up deceitful. If at any point in their signup, they had brought this up I would have deleted the app and gone to the MinuteClinic. But no, they hide that behind screens saying "hooray your insurance is accepted" and "all you owe today is $20"... emphasis on today. After weeks of going back and forth with them and their billing the ONLY course of action they're willing to do, despite being horrendously deceitful, is to cancel my insurance billing and charge me at the uninsured rate. This right here is the future of healthcare in America. You pay more for having insurance because greedy companies like PlushCare charge insurance more. This is a microcosm of our broken system and PlushCare is a leech feeding off it and profiting from both ends. And when you complain you get heartless auto-replies or wait on the phone for 2 hours with no one ever picking up. Nothing about the experience was transparent. None of it was clear. None of this was up front. None of this was at all delivered as a possibility. If it had been I wouldn't have used them at all. I would have just gone to the MinuteClinic, waited in line, and paid 2/3 less. This is not a sustainable business model to churn through and abuse customers with heartless auto-replies. We won't come back and you lose us for life. If there is ever a PlushCare Class Action Lawsuit you can count me in.

Easy to make an appointment Dr was helpful

I am so grateful to PlushCare. It's easy to schedule - or reschedule appointments. The app and the calls are high quality and easy to use. Most importantly, my doctor is caring, up to date on current best practices, and vested in my care. He explains information clearly and always works with me to make the best choices for my treatment.

Complete fraud! Avoid at all cost! Hidden "membership" fees that can't be cancelled.

My initial appointment in November of 2022 with PlushCare physician Stephen Vogel went extremely well. He was thorough, patient, and informative. He prescribed a medication for me that required prior authorization from my insurance company. The communication with PlushCare from that point on was terrible and my prior authorization was not addressed until I posted a negative review about PlushCare. My review spoke of my positive experience with the physician but focused heavily on the negative experience with the rest of the care team who were responsible for obtaining the prior authorization. I had stated I would not use PlushCare’s services in the future and I should have stuck to that statement. I later retracted my review when some strides were eventually made by the PlushCare team and my prior authorization was obtained. I gave PlushCare another shot and booked a follow-up with Dr. Vogel. That appointment was cancelled due to a “schedule change” by Dr. Vogel. I then saw Dr. Todd Hang and that appointent also went extremely well as he was also patient and informative. I attempted to book another appointment with Dr. Vogel the following month, and again it was cancelled due to a “schedule change.” I then booked another appointment with Dr. Todd Hang and logged in to the appointment 10 minutes before my scheduled time, I remained on the call for 35 minutes and the doctor never came onto the call. I then received an email, while still on the call, that I was a no show and per PlushCare policy I was charged a $50 no show fee. I looked at the visit summary that was entered by Dr. Hang and saw that it was written three hours prior to my scheduled appointment which tells me he had no intention of showing up for the scheduled appointment. I called customer service and they refunded the no show fee after I explained the situation. They encouraged me to make another appointment. I then made an appointment with Dr. Caitlin Colonna who also cancelled my appointment stating I should continue on with Dr. Hang. As much as I have tried to ignore the negative experiences I have had, I no longer can. I have been targeted by the physicians after my initial appointment for simply telling the truth about my experience which had nothing to do with the care they provided. PlushCare and the physicians working for them are unethical and cowardly as they have never openly stated they do not want to see me as their patient. They simply cancel the appointments or do not show up and try to put the blame on the patient. To top it off, my insurance was billed on two separate dates for services provided by Dr. Vogel, when I only saw him once. I cannot recommend the use of PlushCare’s services regardless of the convenience.
