This company is a scam. They schedule appointments, order blood work, write a prescription, never indicating that the drug will not be covered by insurance and will cost over $1000/mth. Ahhh, then you must schedule another appointment (pay another fee) in order to try to fill another prescription that also ends up being $1000/mth. I guess this could go on endlessly if I had not given up. Their billing dept is useless. A detailed bill is never sent. I paid what they said I owed just so they would leave me alone; however, then they issued a refund. Now they say I owe again, and still no detailed bill. DO NOT mess with this company!!

The doctor takes the time to listen to your concerns and questions . Will go over everything thoroughly and give options on care .

Scam, they say they accept insurance but charge you money for more than just the membership fee

Terrible! The doctor doesn't show up for appointments, and they still charge you for the appointment! Doctors don't offer anything of value. They order blood tests and never follow up or care. Stay away from this group; a total waste of time and $$$$!

I joined PlushCare on a monday morning, and it offered me an option of appointments, the soonest of which was about an hour away. So i selected 845am. At some point during the registration process, i was informedthat the spot was no longer open (which is totally fine and makes sense). I was then offered several other appointments slots, and i chose 9am. I then finished registration, and immediately got confirmation that my appointment was confirmed for 10:15am. No where in the process did it ask me if that new time was ok. I am a professional (actually, a physician myself), and had a meeting at that time. I therefore immediately tried to reschedule it, and the website then told me that I would get a $20 rescheduling fee since the appt was upcoming so close. Despite the fact that I had not chosen 10:15 to begin with. So I was stuck — pay a fee to reschedule an appointment at a time I had not booked, or move my meeting to accommodate that random appointment time. So I then called the “customer care” phone number where I literally waited on hold for 30 minutes (total call time was 32 minutes). When i finally reached the customer service rep and explained what had happened, she essentially said that there was nothing that could be done other than i could pick a different appointment time. I ended up moving my meeting to accommodate the 10:15 appt, and the doctor was great. However, the user experience and customer service was so poor, that I cancelled my membership. I cannot (a) have a difficult time making appointments and get charged money when the system randomly selects an appointment time that I did not ask for and (b) sit around on hold for 30 minutes to get any kind of customer service.

The doctors at this company are total failures in the world and this is the only job they can get. They care nothing for patients. I scheduled an appointment with a doctor for weight loss, as this is one of the services they advertise. As soon as I met the doctor she was not interested in listening to me or helping me. As I was explaining my situation she offered several times to cancel the visit and refund me, as she had no intentions of prescribing me any weight loss medication no matter what. She explained the requirements for obtaining Wegovy, and I did not think I would qualify, but I wanted to know why I was gaining weight with no change in lifestyle, so I insisted and she finally offered to send me to get lab work done. The labs come back and my BMI is over range and my cholesterol is over range. Therefore I meet the requirement for obtaining Wegovy through my insurance, which I verified with them. When the Dr. gets my labs she sends me an email and says you are out of range but it is nothing to worry about and have a nice day. No explanation as to why she is not prescribing me the Wegovy and no offer to prescribe anything for the high cholesterol. I tried to call Plush but as of right now I have been on hold for 1 hour to talk to someone. This company is a scam and these doctors do not care about patients and no service is provided at all. Stay away from them.
