It was so hard to fix a issue, finally got somewhat resolved. However, now a added family, it is saying a Monthly charge of $14.95 after 30 day free Month? Also, overnight, Dr. fees went up a lot! Other than the freedom of getting an appointment quick, it is almost the same price as a person visit cost.

Dr. Cheryl Jeffries is great! She is easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. She always tries to help.

After being on a care plan and medication for 12 weeks we moved to Texas (air force spouse). I cane to plush care to seek continued treatment and new prescription while Im setting up new providers in my new location. The provider sent a request for lab work and said I can sign up and pay another 180 dollars to see him again after labwork is submitted. This company will try to book as many appointments as possible before providing care to make more money.

Supposedly you can pay with insurance, but when you enter your info it says it doesn't match. Checked it over and over again. Everything is correct and up to date. Yes, my provider is included in the list of accepted providers, yes I selected the correct one but still they say it doesn't match. This makes it feel scammy, like they're trying to get you far enough along in the process that you'll just agree to pay out of pocket because you don't want to start all over again someplace else. Even if it's totally just a goof up somehow, it still feels scammy.

I researched telehealth apps for awhile, and although I was still skeptical, this one seemed to be the best option. I am very glad that I listened to my intuition because it has been a great experience. Great doctors, flexible hours, professional yet compassionate. All of my medication is phoned into the pharmacy immediately with no problem, and the doctor did my prior authorization at no extra cost. Highly recommend!!!!

The sign up process really easy. Customer service answered the phone wow. She was really helpful answered all my questions an processed my issue. The doctor was excellent I will ask for him again. I was really skeptical about this website but it was phenomenal and being able to get same day appointments even evening appointments is a plus. The price wasn’t to bad for the appointment compared to urgent care it was cheaper. I will definitely refer friends and family.

Lengthy sign up process and didn't even realize you're also signing up for a monthly subscription. Had to download their app and go through a process to set up an online visit in which the doctor didn't show up for. Then had to wait on hold to talk to someone about rescheduling/canceling.

Primary office closed on weekends and finally realized continuous cough wasn’t getting better. Looked at minute clinic or urgent care knowing I would have to wait. Found PlushCare and from signing up to seeing Dr. Das was total of 20 minutes maybe. He gave short background, asked for timeline of symptoms and gave treatment plan. Antibiotics and inhaler were sent to pharmacy and filled in an hour. Well worth the out of pocket to save my time and sanity of sitting in an urgent care for an hour or two. I’m going to keep active the monthly for at least the trial period and see if I’ll utilize any more but if you’re in a similar situation, highly recommend.
