What made my experience so wonderful was a multitude of things. The convenience and flexibility of choosing an appointment that worked with my schedule was incredible. I was able to see a physician at 6:30 in the morning before leaving to work. I had such a compassionate physician who made me feel seen and heard. It was convenient to be able to pick up my antibiotics on my way to work. I would highly recommend Plush Care.

Doctor no showed yesterday. Zen desk said “he was running too far behind and needed to cancel.” I was to reschedule with no cost. Called and rescheduled for the next day (no same day appts). Now I’m sat here having the same experience. Twenty one minutes late and looking like this doctor (a different doctor) is going to no show. It’s a lot of time and work to prepare for these appts. Pretty unreliable.

Website does not list accepted insurances and they do not answer their telephones! I was on hold for over ten minutes. I won't try again.

Signed up to set a same day app and every credit card if use, it was decline saying payment failed with no reason. Then when I checked the credit card account, it shows there is a hold. So I'm not sure if this is a scam, when I called the number on my credit card for them 10 min hold with no answer. It hung up! This is disappointing.

This company is the worst and it is mainly because they have no customer service team and are clearly understaffed. I went back and forth for two months with them. Repeating the same thing over and over with no resolution. They take days or even a week at some points to answer you. No one reads the history and the responses are scripted. If you care about your health. Physical and mental...look for another provider. Having used two previously in other states. This one again is the absolute worst.

The entire Plush Care Virtual Healing experience was outstanding the first time ! Everything was easy and quick from the start My Doctor Melissa Ratliff was professional yet friendly and a pleasure to talk to. I will continue to use Plush Care and strongly encourage others to do so.

The app was straight forward and user friendly! Also I promptly was able see a doctor the SAME day of my issue and received treatment. Lastly the doctor was excellent and very professional, so PlushCare did a great job with hiring great people to work for them!
