They have adhd care listed on their site BUT the exception must be if youre black because thier “doctor” gave me the “we dont prescribe medication” talk RIGHT AWAY and then was just like we’ll refund you for this visit and that was it. Id never recommend plushcare to anyone i feel worse after talking to their doctor….

Cold hearted "doctor" I suspected I had pneumonia. I put this in the description before the appointment when I finally got on with said "doctor" She was very condescending the way she spoke to me saying there's nothing she can do and to go to the ER. Why take my money then? If you can't order x-rays you should have said so before accepting the appointment and taking my money. I don't recommend these people, on top of that she was very nasty towards me rolling her eyes and scoffing at me. She made me feel like I was wasting her time, I understand you see a lot of patients everyday but treating them like they're a nuisance only makes them feel worse. Won't be using this service again.

I LOVE my doctor! She is so personable, makes me feel comfortable and listens to my needs. I’ve never felt such a connection with my healthcare provider and am so happy I joined Plushcare! I would recommend it to everyone.

Great doctor and quick communication set up

I absolutely, LOVE PlushCare! I don’t normally leave reviews but needed to for Plush! I work in tech and I’m always on meeting or traveling for more meetings. Although I do have a primary 20min from my house in a physical office but having to fit their time and schedule just didn’t work for me. Also, I wanted a place that accepted my insurance and was also willing to process prior authorizations if needed which my insurance sometimes required. My doctor Dr. Towne was amazing, she helped me with what I needed and really took the time to listen to me. I am recommending everyone to go to PlushCare! Thank you!

Never received any follow up from my doctor. I sent labs, emailed several times. It’s been almost a month and nothing.

I googled “how can I get xxx medication prescribed today” and PlushCare came up with a statement on their website that said they would be able to prescribe that medication same-day. I’ve used this very common medication in the past (it’s all in my records) and I’m having the same kind of flair up that ended me in the ER and with a 60k hospital bill last December for them to only administer & prescribe me this medication. The doctor said “I can’t prescribe that medication without lab results.” I would call my PCP and she would prescribe it immediately but it’s the weekend and she’s unavailable. The PlushCare doctor said that the lab results would take a couple days but if that’s too long to go to the ER. So helpful.

Signing up and booking an appointment was quick and easy. The doctor was receptive to my concerns. I was worried he wouldn't prescribe me antibiotics without having seen me in person. But, after telling him all of my symptoms, he did and in just a couple of days I felt significantly better. I will definitely use this in the future.
