Very professional courteous and handle my needs in a timely manner

The healthcare business told me my insurance was accepted and charged me a $5 copay and so I followed through with my appointment and then I was blindsided by a $200 bill after one short video consult which was less than 10 min. I complained and provided proof of my insurance claim showing they were out of network, but they did not let me know that ahead of time and I know that my insurance plan does not have out of network benefits. They were not transparent and actually fully mislead me into thinking I would be covered for my service. They have not apologized or tried to resolve the issue. It is impossible to speak with anyone who can help rectify this. They need to be investigated and penalized. It was their fault for not being transparent and getting me to agree to a service without any knowledge of future bills.

I would give them no stars if I could. Lack of transparency. I don’t recommend. I was told I would be charged 45 dollars and they charged 129. I asked to be refunded the difference as I did not authorize the 129 charge and was never told it could be more than 45 and they play the Insurnace card. DO NOT USE THEM. I work in healthcare and this is not ok.

Very disappointed with the service. Not only did the doctor misdiagnose, but they could not prescribe the medication needed for my sleep deprivation. Also, they claim that they work with United Health, but my insurance denied the claim and now I'm being billed $140 for my virtual visit. VERY MISLEADING. I consulted another doctor from another company and the doctor was more knowledgeable and put me on the prescription that I needed for my issue.

Doctor “couldn’t figure out how to use the video” and NEVER sent off my prescription. I paid $120 for absolutely nothing. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!

Amazing service! I woke up on a Sunday morning with horrible COVID symptoms. Tested positive on home kits (they were sitting in my kitchen cupboards from two years prior). Looked on my phone, found your service and in no time had a prescription called into a nearby pharmacy! The MD was amazing, kind, compassionate and really listened to me!

Second to none! The process was seamless and the doctor was assertive and friendly.

They are a 100% rip off. They only want to charge you for doctors appointments but don't help with the prescription. It is very simple - doctor has all you information, they get prior authorization from the insurance company and then fill the prescription. The never did any of that. Just take your money...
