So I started out ok. First and second online meeting for my blood sugars went well. Then my doctor went on medical. The physician covering her was angry “didn’t want til 6/24 - her return”. He called in the wrong script- specifically the wrong dosage. The trulicity is offered in 3 different dosages. I called back and told them. I was told I would need another doctor appt for a “a script change”. I explained it wasn’t a script change- I needed the lower /correct dose that I had been on which was working called in. They refused. They said “book another appt”.

Very happy with this option, when I don't want to spend half a day or more driving, waiting in doctors' offices, calling around for appointments, etc., for services that can be done far more efficiently online. The website was transparent and easy to navigate, and I was very pleased with the (board certified and experienced) doctor who saw me.

The application was easy to navigate. I was presented with at least 10 doctors to choose from with reviews and ratings. made my choice easy to navigate and the results were awesome!!

They will not give you medication and will instead tell you to go somewhere else. But if there’s one thing for sure, they will charge you $65. Such a waste of time and money. I’m not sure where the money goes considering all they did was talk to me for 5 minutes and dismiss my symptoms. I will never use them again. Luckily I was able to use 24HrDoc to get treated quickly and effectively. Highly recommend 24HrDoc!

Unfortunately, I have found that they are only in it for the money and not for the actual care of the patient. Super disappointed in my last visit. After two visits - the dr prescribed medication and the pharmacy had a backorder on a medication. When I messaged them to see if we could use another that the pharmacist recommended that was available- they wanted me to make another appointment! To only decide on a replacement medication! In four days- three visits and not covered by insurance- so basically another $100 visit!!! Why couldn't they simply just send in a different prescription- they had my bloodwork. It's because the money was more important. Super disappointed in the lack of care. Definitely not "PlushCare"

Initial experience was fine, got medicine and diagnosed however follow up is very sub par. I tried to get a refill of Prescription for nerve pain related to shingles. It has been 5 days and I still am not any closer to getting the medicine. One canceled appointment by plush, one appointment where the doctor didn’t even show up to the call, countless emails, having to sign forms, take pictures of empty prescription bottles, send them a picture of my ID only for them to tell me that none of that mattered and I have to get an appointment with a company that has already blown me off twice. They are far more concerned with bureaucracy then actually trying to fix anyone’s problems. Just go to your regular doctor, don’t bother with this hit or miss service, especially if you’re in a lot of pain. I have deleted the app, canceled my membership and will never use this service again.

I was too sick to leave home to see my regular doctor so I called Plush Care and got a great doctor who was really interested in how sick I was and didn't try to rush me thru like my regular doctors often has to do. She asked a lot of good questions and gave me medicine that helped me to feel much better right away.

I am going to ask for a refund. This experience has been a mess. I am on hold right now for over 10 minutes waiting to speak to a human being. My messages on the app have gone unanswered for the last hour. This is for a prior auth that has sat for over week waiting for the doctor's input. Also held up because the doctor's information that the pharmacy pulled is outdated information. How is this better than just going to the local doctor? It is actually worst.
