Cold!! I had 0 interest in being a cold plunge person until I tried plunge for the first time. I’m hooked now. It was incredibly helpful for my endometriosis surgery recovery and is amazing for a daily routine. This company is outstanding and I have had excellent experiences with the customer service department and the products.

My husband and I are extremely pleased with the exceptional customer service and the high quality of our cold plunge. Over three years ago, we acquired our Plunge, and our experience has been nothing short of fantastic. The setup process with the Plunge team was incredibly seamless, making it easy for us to get everything up and running. Recently when we decided to switch to a newer chilling unit, the customer service department provided invaluable assistance throughout the entire process. They went above and beyond answering our questions and providing us with support. In the blink of an eye, we had our new chiller. We genuinely cannot express enough how grateful we are for the outstanding service we have received. Now, I just have to wait patiently as I am saving up to get my sauna. I absolutely love its design and cannot wait to enjoy the benefits in my own home and enhance my cold plunging experience!

I’ve been using ice baths for many years and even had one custom-made a few years ago that I loved. However, I decided to upgrade to something professional and researched all the available options. For me, it was critical that it could be placed outside on my deck next to our hot tub. On top of that, my wife insisted it had to be, and I quote, “not ugly.” The Plunge All In checks all the boxes—it looks fantastic and works even better. I’ve been using it every day since it was delivered and absolutely love it. I highly recommend this product. While it’s one of the pricier options on the market, you truly get what you pay for.

I purchased one of the first generation Cold plunges from this company approximately three years ago and use it daily. It was a white glove delivery so they set it up, plugged it in and off they went and within 24 hours I was cold plunging it’s been outside sitting in the Arizona sun for 36 months so there is, some wear and tear on it from the sun not on the fiberglass but little on the equipment, I’m a little bit Handy and was able to do the slight repairs that needed to keep it up and running perfectly itself, luxurious and well-made and designed with great engineering. I recently came into some poor health and was unable to fix it myself so I reached out to the Plunge Service department and let them know my plight and after , a few attempts of trying to fix it myself, and a few conversations with their service department they UPS me a host of new parts certainly not inexpensive ones and then sent out there very experienced white glove, top notch, repair man and basically rebuilt my Cold Plunge for free after its been out of warranty for several years, so if you want great experience a competitively priced product and a company that will be there for years after you purchase it to guide you and help you with any issues that come up, you won’t want to purchase a Cold Plunge from anybody else but Cold Plunge company itself, special shout out to Mike, the owner and his host of great employees .
