They have the worst Customer Service Reps. I had to call to find out why shipment was delayed due to no update on their website. They are all nasty and rude. Was told to shut up by a rep because I was asking a question and then hung up the phone. Had to call back and the next rep provided the information but had an attitude the whole time. Asked to speak to a supervisor and rep kept saying I already provided you the information. This is bad service all around and will never use again

Unreliable
I have to keep rescheduling my vertical blinds installer here, because Pilot Freight's "tracking" is useless; all it says is "in transit" with no indication of where it is now. They missed the first estimated delivery date over a week ago, and now the second one, which was supposed to be yesterday. They provide a link to email customer service, but their so-called "customer service" does not respond to emails! When I called "customer service", the rep was very difficult to understand (sounded like she was talking through a pillow). As nearly as I could tell, what she said amounted to "don't call us; we'll call you." Encourage your vendor to use a competent freight company like UPS Freight!

Order never showed up after the deliver…
Order never showed up after the deliver date and was not even scanned after leaving the shippers warehouse. Worst ratings for a company… I don’t see how they have a contract with anyone if they lose majority of packages shipped. Sounds like they are behind some scamming activity! Insurance fraud and reselling the products!

3 weeks wait and they don’t show up on…
3 weeks wait and they don’t show up on the delivery date after having to take off work to accept the package. Can’t give me a reason why and now I have to wait for the local agent to call me back to set up another date. How hard can it be! I will update this review with ongoing information.

Absolute trash company to deal with
Absolute trash company to deal with. Currently two and a half weeks past their original commitment date for delivery (a date which I took off from work and wasted PTO on). Their website still hasn't updated the ETA - so it still shows almost three weeks ago. Website also shows absolutely no changes or movement in the freight over the past 2+ weeks. I've called every day for the last three weeks to confirm details and attempt to get updates - every single person gives me a different answer and every answer is incorrect. I even tried to file a claim for missing freight but was told that I literally am not allowed to. I'm currently at a loss for what to do. This is $2000 purchase and it's absolutely unacceptable that this company is refusing to deliver nor locate my piece. Customer service has continually told me "any day now" for the last 14 days or so. I asked if they could see notes on my file to verify that they've been telling me the same story for weeks - they confirmed yes, they do see that in the notes, but that they couldn't really do anything about it or help me at all. Waste of time.

By far the worst transport service…
By far the worst transport service ever, I don't understand why Walmart uses them. I have called everyday and I get a different answer each day. I was supposed to receive a package on Dec 3rd and still NOTHING. They say they will call me 24 to 48 hrs and I have NEVER received a phone call. WOULD GIVE A NEGATIVE ZERO if I could.

CANCEL ANY ORDER YOU SEE BEING SHIPPED VIA PILOT!
Ordered a 65" TV from Amazon in November. Scheduled delivery for Dec 17th. Nearly a month later, on the day I took off work for delivery, Pilot left me a voice-mail stating my delivery was late. After half of a day of calling and leaving messages, a guy I finally got on the phone at the local location had the nerve to tell me "hopefully we'll call you next week." Then, they told Amazon they tried to deliver my package on the 17th but I wasn't home (the day I took off to stay home specifically for this) so it was my fault I don't have it. Amazon got Pilot on the phone and was told my TV would be delivered by Xmas Eve. The following week, I received no responses to any of my emails or voice-mails, and I got "disconnected" from Pilot's automated system repeatedly. Then on Thursday the 23rd Pilot marked my TV as having been delivered and signed for on Dec 16th, the day BEFORE I got the voice-mail about my TV being delayed. Today on Xmas Eve when no TV had shown up by 6pm, Amazon refunded my full amount with apologies to the little boy who's Xmas is very-likely ruined.
CANCEL ANY ORDER YOU SEE BEING SHIPPED VIA PILOT.
I can't re-order on Amazon, or go to Walmart.com, or Best Buy... because they all use Pilot, though how their contracts keep getting renewed is absolutely beyond me. It looks like I'll just have to order direct from Samsung, and try to explain to a very sad little boy why his and only his Xmas is now going to be so late that it'll be next year before it's done.

Will lose your package
They lost a 200 lb package the size of a go kart. In the dozen calls, I was able to get a hold of an actual person twice and not only were they not helpful but unwilling to be helpful.
