After repeated attempts to reach out to this company. I’ve heard nothing from them. They have marked on the tracking website,they were supposed to deliver 10 days ago. And then it switched to five days ago. Now it’s supposed to be tomorrow. I had a scheduled appointment that I did not make or was not consulted. Terrible company.

The 2 guys delivered a Sofa from Maidenhome.com. They had very dirty hands and both asked to wash them AFTER they unwrapped the sofa. One guy asked to use MY bathroom. Not Kwik Trip or a Biffy down the street, MINE. After they walked out the door I checked the bathroom and saw water all over the walls and my new white hand towel was black. I ran out and showed him the towel. I asked what would you like to DO about this? He said, sorry. I asked again. I said I bought this yesterday for $10 and he gave me $10. I emailed Pilot and Maidenhome.com about this experience. It was unprofessional and rude to ask and then to leave it a mess for me to have to clean up. They did not drop the sofa. So I gave them 2 stars. Would not recommend.

So I bought a Pit Boss Smoker from Walmart online and this was the shipping company they use. I heard horror stories about this company. Everything went smooth delivery wise aside from the damage to the smoker that EVERYONE SEEMS TO HAVE. I will have to take it up with Walmart. But beware of this company and their horrible shipping company.

Ordered 2 desk chairs from Amazon - single order with 2 of the same item. One arrived a day earlier than predicted (hence 2 stars instead of 1) but the other is nowhere to be seen and Amazon can't give me any other information. Tracking number provided doesn't work. Useless company! It seems they are part of Hermes, as the delivery label has both Pilot and Hermes at the top and was delivered by my usual Hermes driver, so why don't they use the same tracking technology? This reminds me of how Hermes was a few years ago, before they improved their service to compete with other couriers.

Very poor, assured my parcel would be delivered on the Wednesday, waited in all day, amazon tracking told me it was out for delivery. Tried to track using pilot site, very vague just told me it was pending,now amazon telling me it will be Friday possibly Saturday arrival.

We ordered a matress from purple and we had everything else but the matress. So we called bcs according to shipping they have had it for 2 days already and we didnt get an. Email or anything to set up for delivery so we called and they told us that it would be wensday when we would have it delivered called today to check and its scheduled for Thursday now really not happy.

Although the parcel hasn’t been delivered yet, I called and spoke to Carole in the South Bend on Wednesday May 1 to arrange delivery. We settled on the morning of May 6 and I arranged for someone to bring in the 200 lb plus package. We waited until 3pm and then called to check the status. Carole stated it was scheduled for delivery on Wednesday. I explained no one would be home and the forecast was for rain. During the ensuing conversation, Carole conveyed a condescending responses to my questions and took no responsibility for the error. We finally landed on a suitable delivery date, however I will be required to once again shuffle my schedule and rearrange for help to bring it in.
