Pilot Freight followed through! I was anticipating a call from Pilot F.S. to schedule delivery of interior doors this past Friday. I received a confirmation text and delivery window options to help accommodate as I am a General Contractor on the go. I called and spoke with the scheduler who was very friendly. My freight came today July 24th as promised. I was okay waiting for the shipment as they were clear the driver would contact me at some point during the day when close. The driver Braylen contacted me early afternoon and delivered the doors with a professional, helpful, and positive attitude. I was impressed and grateful for his help unloading the pallet. Doors were intact and no damage was visible. Great job Pilot!

My Frontload washer was delivered on 4/11/23 by Gabriel and Jose. They did a great job! They were professional and you could tell they took pride in their work. The only suggestion I have is for the company! They need to notify the customer the night before delivery not just the day of. What if a customer won’t be able to be home the day they plan to deliver?

I had a 5 star experience with Pilot. However, I must admit a was a bit concerned after reading all the negative reviews. The company I purchased from provided me with the tracking number and I was able to track the shipment on my phone from pickup at the manufacturer to delivery. Updates on the website were frequent. Pilot provided a delivery window for the day of delivery and called prior to the delivery. I called them to find out the delivery status twice on the day of the delivery and was able to speak with an attentive rep. The delivery crew wheeled the product into my garage as requested. It was in perfect condition. No visible damage to the package or contents. My shipment was shipped out of the Cleveland, Ohio region and delivered in the St. Paul, MN region. Checking the BBB and other online reviews, Pilot actually gets very good reviews in this area of the country.

A young man with dread locks recently delivered my TV. I'm not exactly sure what his name was but I'm pretty sure it was Michael. He was very courteous and even called me ma'am, Manners are far few and far in between now days but Michael had manners and went above and beyond! I hope ya'll are planning to keep him for years to come and I also hope y'all are planning on giving him a raise. He was such a hard worker and did not make me feel rushed at all. Such an asset to the company. I DO NOT want anybody else delivering my packages. Only Michael.

We have had 2 separate appliance deliveries from Pilot in the last two years through Lowes. The delivery drivers were courteous, responsive, and knowledgeable. They let us know, step by step in the process, where they were and how long the delivery would take. This last delivery took two attempts because they tried to deliver in a snow storm. I applaud the delivery drivers and thank them for their hard work.
