Hi All, This is a very worst company for any freight services. I have booked a samsung 75 inch TV from Walmart.com and the freight service partner was "Pilot Freight Services" and this company delivered a wrong tv box(Samsung 85 Inch TV) which I didn't order. This was a very blunder mistake. Very worst experience with this company(Pilot Freight Services)

Absolutely horrible it's been 2 weeks past expected delivery date and the tracking hasn't been updated since it 2 days after it shipped. I don't know why Walmart had to chose these guys

I’ve been waiting for them to pick up my package for three months! I finally got a pick up date and the driver calls me at 8:15pm at night and tells me if I don’t call back by 9pm he won’t pick up the package! And I can’t call him because it’s after hours! They close at 7pm! And when they send you the email it says no need to confirm. Literally the worst service I’ve ever experienced with Amazon.

Ordered on 29 th oct with delivery date nov 1 st it’s the 19th and no delivery just in transit. It’s supposed to be a surprise for my little girl and now I’m looking like a sorry dad. Straight garbage company no updates on your delivery

The 2 guys delivered a Sofa from Maidenhome.com. They had very dirty hands and both asked to wash them AFTER they unwrapped the sofa. One guy asked to use MY bathroom. Not Kwik Trip or a Biffy down the street, MINE. After they walked out the door I checked the bathroom and saw water all over the walls and my new white hand towel was black. I ran out and showed him the towel. I asked what would you like to DO about this? He said, sorry. I asked again. I said I bought this yesterday for $10 and he gave me $10. I emailed Pilot and Maidenhome.com about this experience. It was unprofessional and rude to ask and then to leave it a mess for me to have to clean up. They did not drop the sofa. So I gave them 2 stars. Would not recommend.

Ordered a rug and cushion from World Market on 10/22. They delivered the items to this freight company by the 24th. It then sat in some Virginia warehouse until 11/3. We tried scheduling a delivery online and tracking our shipment but nothing was updated and the online portal would send us error codes. We figured we would call and try to speak with someone directly. Bad decision… My SO and I called repeatedly to find out what the delay was. Like other reviews have mentioned it took 8 calls and an hour total until a delivery time could be set. This is after constant battling with automated systems that give you the run around as well as being intentionally disconnected or sent back to the main menu by the representatives you are connected with… We FINALLY got a delivery date and time scheduled for 11/5 but it never showed up and no notice was given. By 11/7 a new delivery appoint was scheduled (when we tried checking our shipment status, however absolutely NO alwrt or headsup was given) we are lucky one of us was home to receive the shipment. But, you guessed it, it never arrived. We love purchasing from World Market but will never buy anything again that goes through this freight service.

this has to be the worst freight company ever, I ordered a shade on 9/6 they picked it up on the 10th. I called to see where my shade was on the 22nd. I got the run around from them. So I called my supplier on the 25th. they called me back and said they have the shade at the loading dock and it was being delivered tomorrow. well I spent 20 minutes on the phone with the driver because he couldn't find my shop. He gets there and comes inside to tell me the shade was not on the truck he doesn't know where it is. Well after a week of waiting I get a phone call the shade is damaged. Reorder a new shade, they picked it up on the 10th of Oct and there system it says estimated delivery of Oct. 24. Still no update on there system, speak to customer service and she tells me they haven't picked it up again. Told my supplier if they try and use this worthless company again i would refuse it.

This has been the worst shipping experience I have ever had. I ordered a wardrobe from World Market. They received it immediately. It sat in Virginia for 13 days. The tracking information was not updated on the site, nor was I informed by text about the packages journey through delivery as they said I would be. The website only said that it was in transit. It said it would be at y house on a particular date; it wasn't. I called them on many occasions. One number on the website says it can not be reached and the other gets you into a loop and does not allow you to speak to a person. Finally, I called every Pilot Freight in the state and found the one that had my package. I was informed that it had gone out earlier, but was sent to the wrong place and that it would be two more days before they could get it to the nearest city, (which is 25 miles away), and the partner company would have to call me to schedule a delivery. They offered me their number and told me to call them as if it was their fault. I have no idea what condition the package is in, or what to expect when I get it. The fact that it was paid in full adds insult to injury. I did what I was supposed to do as a responsible consumer and I expect them to do what they are supposed to do as a responsible company. I did not get that.
