Tyheem and Gary came on time received notice of delivery time day before came as expected. Both were friendly and very competent. Not sure of the spelling of their names

After repeated attempts to reach out to this company. I’ve heard nothing from them. They have marked on the tracking website,they were supposed to deliver 10 days ago. And then it switched to five days ago. Now it’s supposed to be tomorrow. I had a scheduled appointment that I did not make or was not consulted. Terrible company.

Chris and Megan from the Logan,WV lowes delivered out building materials yesterday. They were on time,friendly,professional,and very HELPFUL! Megan did a stellar job turning and backing that big tuck up in my tricky driveway to unload in just the right spot. And Chris,the muscle, even helped us get things inside out of the weather. AMAZING JOB!!!!

Only reason I am putting 1 start is because it makes up to leave a review. Ok this place is trash so just like every one else review is the same. They say it’s supposed to arrive this date but yet it don’t show up. Then they say u have to schedule a delivery time and when u do they say it hasn’t been checked in yet to check back in 48 hours or they will give u a call well it’s been a week and still they say the same stuff. Man how are they in business. So zero stars and will never use them again.

Expected my delivery of very expensive equipment from 9-12 which I assumed was noon. At 5:30 when it hadn't arrived, I called customer service when I was finally ablr=e to get someone on the phone. She was polite but I couldn't understand her. Finally got it from her that she would contact the driver and let me know when to expect it. Never heard back from her. Waited all day for the item as I was supposed to sign. Worst shipper I've ever dealt with. After reading these post, hoping my item shows up in the next month. No updates to their tracking.

Worst delivery service ever! They failed to deliver 1 piece of my dining table and kept telling me that they are doing dock check, and I had to call them more than 20 times to get updates. Now it’s been a month and I have lost all hope of ever getting my table.

I agree with all of the previous reviewers… terrible experience! Who knows where my shipment is?? It was due 3 weeks ago…

Worst freight company ever - my patio furniture was due four days ago and I can’t get anyone to answer the phone. I’ll be contacting Sam’s Club and letting them know what a terrible job this company is doing.
