The care that Pilot took with my lamp is unbelievable. The young man parked up the hill on the next block and dragged it down the hill to my house. I could already tell it was flattened. When I told him I wouldn’t accept it he told me to bad and walked away. If you’re doing business with pilot, you need to seriously change carriers. They lied to you and they lied to me. They driver drove to Pueblo CO where it had been delivered at someone house. After picking it up he drove to my home in Manitou Springs. They got the delivery wrong twice and could care less about the package. This was a White Glove service. I paid for. They refused to take it back and said I have to file a claim. Wrong and wrong again! They said once the box was open he couldn’t take it back. Wrong and wrong again! At least train your people.

Giving one star because zero is not an option. This is the absolute worst shipping company I've ever had to deal with! They scheduled a time without talking to me that I couldn't change, didn't show up, and rescheduled TWICE without contacting me either time. The only reason I figured this out is because Amazon customer service is amazing. I have no idea why a company that is so put together would you garbage like Pilot.

This company is absolutely the worst you could possibly deal with totally unreliable they did not show up for 2 scheduled delivery times and I am still waiting. Avoid this company anyway you can ..

THE ABSOLUTE WORST This company is the absolute worst! No alignment with Amazon at all. Trying to get a TV picked up has cost me literally thousands of dollars dealing with calls back and forth between Amazon and you. It's caused me to take 1/2 days off work and used up vacation time. I can't f&*(&$ing believe the mess created and how much it has cost me.

This is the stupidest delivery company I have ever seen. How is this company still in business is beyond me! Who's the person that's in charge of running this company? I've been waiting on a big sized couch for a month now! First they said they lost it, then said they found it and is scheduled for delivery. They was a no show. We called for the umpteenth time for them to say that they lost it again! I'm like what the hell is really going on! I wish I can give them a zero rating but 1 star is the lowest. Save yourself a lot of wasted time and effort, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR DELIVERIES OR BUSINESS..

Absolutely utterly horrible service. They claim "attempted delivery" on a day when 2 people sitting home waiting for the item. Only phone number given goes to Spain and Spanish talking people. Ludicrous and never again will I order something that involves this company again.

Zero stars. Even worse than XPO and CEVA. What is it with these "logistics" companies? Logistics is just another word for "accidental" in that once in a while they get it right. Just like a blind squirrel finds an acorn occasionally or a stopped clock is right twice a day. Pilot's customer service is beyond rude, taking offense when a customer is not happy with their service. I've been hung up on a dozen times, even talked with a regional manager who said he'd call back, but just didn't. Wow. Just didn't. The last agent told me to "wait for the administrative offices to contact me so they can reschedule the shipment again. When I asked when they might call, and when this reschedule might be, she said I'll have to wait for the "administrative offices" to reach out to me. Definition of insanity: doing the same thing over again and expecting a different outcome. Given the fact that 87% of these reviews are one star (or less), gives me absolutely zero confidence that they will even try to make me satisfied...

I swear I have had it with furniture delivery companies. They cannot follow simple instructions. I called the day before our delivery to advise to make sure to contact us before arrival they confirmed they would call 30 min prior to. My delivery window was 10am-6pm I never received a call and the home they were delivering to is my new home which we have not moved into yet. I called them past 6 to see what the status was apparently the item was delivered and left with one of our construction crew members. Like who does that? I specifically told them to call me so we can meet them there and instead they just show up and give our item to non-homeowners luckily our crew is trustworthy but I mean come on you can’t have the common courtesy to call when delivering such a 3k worth item? They deserve less than 1 star for this because this situation could have easily gone wrong and then who would have had to waste time dealing with the situation….me (the customer).
