I made two orders with pigeonly. Only the second one has been shipped so I’d like to know what happened to the first order. I tried to join the online chat and every time I do it says it’s unavailable.

Hello Kayla, The normal transit time is 3-5 business days for all fulfillment products with delays experienced from time to time due to circumstances out of our control. Anytime you do not have access to send something, simply call in for instant access. Any extensive delays are due credits, up to and including a free month.
