We are currently doing some system updates where it automatically charged a subscription plan to some users. However, we do understand you should not be getting any charges since your account was canceled. Nothing to worry about, rest assured it will be taken care of. Hello Tasha, Thank you for reaching out, we are sorry to hear you are displeased with the service, but rest assure our photos are sent on actual photographic paper. The facility on the other hand might have some guidelines and take copies of your images and then give those to the inmate. I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.
